Convenient location very close to East entrance of ZJJ National Park, great service (room cleaning, front desk helped a lot with booking tickets and suggested routes/itineraries for ZJJ National Park, Tianmen,and other attractions), many great options for breakfast buffet

I must admit that I was somewhat underwhelmed by the overall experience at this hotel. We visited during the summer holidays there were children running everywhere. The rooms did not quite match the descriptions and seemed rather basic and somewhat worn. The balcony door did not close properly, and closing it could result in being locked out. The air conditioning worked well. While the buffet breakfast selection was good, the quality was not up to par. The complimentary laundry service was a welcome addition, but unfortunately, the clothes came out smelling worse than when they went in. The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location, being just a ten-minute walk from the east gate entrance and close to a popular evening street. However there are no supermarkets near by to get food for the day unlike the south entrance which has a great one.

This is the hotel to stay at !!! The staff was very helpful despite the language barrier. Some could speak English and as soon as you check in, they add you on WeChat. You can communicate with them. They answered all our questions on the hotel as well as on Zhangjiajie. The park is accessible by a nice path by the hotel, leading straight to the main entrance. The room was very spacious and well furnished. I would recommend to book a room with a balcony. I had a direct view on the houses at the back of the property, so opening the curtain was problematic. Despite that, I enjoyed my room. The air con was cold as needed for the scorching temperatures we had. The bed was comfortable and the cleaning services on point. Daily room cleaning with fruits basket and water bottles. Depending where the room is, it can be quite noisy at certain times. Mine was near the elevator, very convenient but noisy at time. They also provide ironing service if needed. The breakfast was good with a lot of options Chinese and some western. The coffee was good and the machine let you choose the intensity of your coffee. A 5-10 mins walk to have access to the main street near the hotel with a bunch of restaurants. There are some near the hotel too. We didn’t try those ones. We had a good massage at the massage place next door. That really helped us for the second day of exploration.Not so good when we went back, different masseuses. Overall, this hotel is a keeper. The pictures on the website are what you get.

The room was cozy, clean and had all necessary facilities. It was quite close to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff was very friendly. They even sent an email when there was a heavy rainfall and inform us about the temporary closure of the sightseeing a few days before our arrival. Even though we stayed there only one night, it was quite pleasant staying there. Btw the breakfast was tasty, especially the cookies.

Excellent service and the location is great. 10mins walk directly to the east gate. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has free laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. The room has balcony where one can sundry their clothes. Buffet breakfast has good selection compared to most hotels. The receptionist even offered us rain coat when started drizzling.
