Very friendly owner, clean rooms. Owner helped to plan our trip to National Park. The place is very close to many restaurants.

Owner are friendly & approachable. Location are a 10min walk to the zhang jia jie east gate.you can borrow walking stick or umbrella from hotel if needed.

Absolutely wonderful stay.  we were worried about planning our days in the national park (what to see in what order). During checkin the owner showed us how to plan our days and he really maximized what we could accomplish per day. Every time we walked outside or the one time we forgot our key in the room - the owner was always there and ready to help. Really impressed with his hospitality and professionalism. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was very big and clean. The guy from the reception is very friendly and helpful. They also have a washing machine and a dryer.

What I can say. This place is the best I have been in China, thanks to the unlimited kindness, friendliness and helpfulness boss. You can have high exoectations, always good surprise. Don't hesitate to book a room, you won't regret. Location is perfect, close to east gate entrance and wulingyuan bus station, very practical to visit the park and go to city. A lot of food options innthe area. I could get upgraded when I arrived, thank you very much again. So nice and clean rooms. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free. And last but not the lesat, there is a wonderful cat named handsomeboy, so fluffy !!!

Stayed at this place 2 nights 3 days & everything very closed by to this location. The guy who were at reception he is very kind & polite. Since my flight at night and he provided me to stay until 6pm without any charges. Rooms are very big and hot water is available. If you are visiting to mountain from east this is the best place to stay. Thank you

Convenient location. Walking distance to East Gate Entrance to ZhangJJ. Manager/Owner quite a helpful chapll, assisted by a beautiful, cute ginger cat.

Perfect hotel. Super spacious room, clean, quiet. The reception was helpful. There’s free use of laundry machine. Nearby Zhangjiajie National Park. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

I contacted this hotel before arriving. He assisted me to book the Zhangjiajie and others ticket and provided me many necessary information for traveling around here. The hotel is located 10 mins away from Wulingyuan east gate by walk. The owner is very nice, he is enthusiastic to assist and provide me anything that he can do for me. Million thanks and I will recommend your hotel for everyone who visit Wulingyuan. And there are not too much restaurants but many shops for snacks and drinks. I love it!

Lots of food nearby. We got upgraded to a bigger room. Room is on 1st floor however the owner very efficient carry our luggage and leave it in front of room. Its so cozy till we extended stay another day and cancel our Furongzhen trip. Owner very enthusiastic in promoting Zhangjiajie Forest and help us purchase the tickets. and also explain very clearly the whole area.

The hotel was really close to the entrance of the national park and to the city center. A big thank you to the host who was really kind and available, he took a lot of his time to explain us the best itineraries to take to visit the entire national park, gave us restaurants recommandations, he easily and quickly answered to our questions on WeChat when we needed him. He also booked our tickets for us for Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen montain (the hotel has discounts). We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this hotel to any travellers, locals or foreigners. And big up to the hotel mascot cat "Handsome boy" 😸
