One of the best service I have ever experienced, they provided free pickup from Train station, free drop off at airport, free transport to Tianmen mountain, free transport for fox fairy show,
They provide free guidance to plan the trip and also provide bookings/tickets to attractions on a price less than online prices.
All staff is supportive but Mr. Jiaxing is one of the most supportive person, he helped us in every moment from planning till bookings and visit.
common washing machines and steam iron is available.
Breakfast can be improved a bit specially for some more dishes shall be added that are good for Foreign tourists

I absolutely loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed here and the staff were absolutely stellar! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so hands-on and helpful. From the moment I booked the room, Dandan the butler had been communicating with me about booking tickets and airport pickup. When we got there, they picked us up and went over an itinerary that fit our needs since we were only there two days. Dandan took care of all our transportation to the scenic places AND the staff also took us (free of charge!) to a really great massage place after we got back because our feet hurt. On our second day, my friend had to go to the hospital for something minor and they gave her a ride without hesitation, again free of charge. I’ve truly never had such an amazing experience at a hotel. Dandan was very responsive to all our questions and needs when we were in the park. Also the place is very clean and the rooms are lovely!!! Breakfast is good and the view is great. I love that it’s attached to a cafe so that was cool to hang out after a whole day of walking at the national park. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Dandan you really made our experience stress free and so much better!!!!

My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the airport pickup service was a lovely surprise. The water dispenser near the reception counter was also a thoughtful touch. But what really impressed me was the outstanding service provided by Dan Dan, the receptionist. Her politeness, patience, and kindness made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We had a great trip. The hotel service was excellent, friendly people greeted us from the plane. They also helped us a lot in planning our trip. We loved the breakfast at the hotel. They quickly booked a car to see the beautiful natural attractions. They took great care during the trip. After the trip, they took us to the train station. The welcome and pick-up service was great. I wish the hotel team every success in their work.

This place was very clean, the heater in the room was very strong, and the staff were super friendly. In particular the concierge ‘fang fang’ was so knowledgeable and created our 2 day itinerary for us. She let us know the costs, helped us to get the most out of our time there too. The wifi was a bit slow but that is the only downside. For the price, it is worth it. It is about a 5 minute drive from the downtown area and 25-35 minutes from all of the national park gates.

Excellent service and hospitality provided by Fang Fang and Dan Dan. During our stay there were some renovations being carried out but this does not affect our rating. Fang Fang, especially, has gone way beyond our expectations by arranging all our transportation to the various places as well as providing invaluable suggestions. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room and reception service were ok. However, the restaurant breakfast and service were a letdown. At 8am, a lot of food had run out. Most of the dishes were cold as there was no water in the food warmers. Only plain cold bread was available. No butter, no jam and no toaster. Restaurant staff refused to replenish the soya bean drink (claimed no more available) and only did so after we fed back to front desk. Chef was smoking and cooking noodles at the same time. Such a shame that the hygiene level was so low. Worst restaurant cleanliness of all. Front desk told us the treadmill in the gym was usable but it wasn’t working well at all (belt was faulty & treadmill kept stopping). Water was also dripping from the ceiling of the gym.

This hotel has the best staff in the 30 days I visited China. I liked them so much that when I had a few extra days left in my trip, I headed back to Zhangjiajie and straight to this hotel.
The hotel staff made me feel like this should be my home. They even taught me how to make tea. The breakfast was always tasty and I looked forward to having breakfast every day.
I’m giving the facilities 4/5 stars because they lack a dryer, and the gym was not usable.
I didn’t deduct any points for the construction that was going on because you cannot fault a hotel in trying to improve themselves. When I asked to change to a quieter room, they were very accommodating and honored my request.
