Everything was perfect and the staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and the location was perfect. I can really recommend the breakfast.

Hotel well located, room was great. Few issues: the lights and light switches were round the wrong way. One switch would turn on the bedside light, but the other side of the bed’s switch needed to be used to turn it off. When asked the staff, he said it’s like that (I don’t think so). Breakfast was at best, ok. It kept us full. Other than that, great location, good service from Reception staff, and quite a cool little robot.

The room is big clean and have good service from the staff. The hotel is near the tourist spot

Our stay at Home2 has been great! Nicole at the reception was lovely! The original room we booked was facing the train tracks so it was a bit noisy. I told Nicole and she responded very quickly and changed our room so I can have a good sleep! Thank you! The room we changed to is a small suite with plenty of storage and a big bathroom. We had some issues finding cutlery but a call to the reception quickly got what we needed. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but you got everything from cold salad to hot noodles. We feel the stay could have been improved if there is concierge service to help with luggages at door or opening taxi doors when entering the lobby.

Wonderful hotel, new building, new rooms, good amenities, USB Type C socket available next to bed, good breakfast, nice lobby, well received by front office, fast lift, good foods and convenient store, near to 天门山 cable car. Will I return? YES! Just one remark, should provide disposable razor

Room smelled of cigarette even though it is a non-smoking room. You could hear the train if you stay in a room facing the train station.

This hotel was great! The front desk were super friendly and helpful they even upgraded to mountain side view! The breakfast was delicious and clean! Overall great experience

No porter service at lobby. Front desk staff not very helpful . Location no good , walk very far ( 10mins) to cable station . Hilton humpton location is much better as it s just opposite of cable station

It's one of the best hotel near Tienmenshan and Zhangjiajie bus terminal, and it takes about 10-15 minutes from the Zhangjjajie Hehua international airport by taxi. rldmThe hotel is clean and nice. I wanted a non-smoking room but, the room I've checked-in smelled like cigarettes. Except this, it was very nice hotel in Zhangjiajie city downtown.

Pool was not working Breakfast can be improved (no choice of tea, jam and youghurt is in bulk, low chiice of western food)

Hotel located very close to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain while a bit off the route for Zhangjiajie forest and other attractions. The rooms and the hotel are well equipped and provide a tourist info service just close to the reception which we found very useful
