前台介紹説有免費諮詢，一個酒店戴工牌的員工引導我們去跟團，沒想到就是個血坑，交完錢後跟我們説沒有隱形消費，第二天上山卻沒想到要一個人交幾十元的自費，不交不讓去，典型的玩文字遊戲，大家不要相信酒店的員工，每日上一當，噹噹不一樣。

新酒店，整體設施還行，但是房間智能感覺有點**，總不在狀態一樣。 跟前台打電話問點事情，語氣也很不好，兇巴巴的，拜託我是來消費來體驗的，不是過來找罵的，真服了。。。 早餐也一般，不如旁邊亞朵。 早知道就不換酒店了

Top notch hotel with top notch service. 小許 took very good care of us, telling us all we need including breakfasts, and even helping us buy tickets to the national parks. Highly recommend. Photo is from the hotels view.

This is a luxurious and magnificent hotel! Everything was top-notch! Comfortable rooms with a view of the cable car, delicious and varied breakfasts, and helpful receptionists. Everything in this hotel was designed to make us feel at home. My friends and I were delighted! I recommend staying at this hotel! I want to come back again!

Amazing hotel, everyone service was great There is bidet is the toilet with smart room control panel Free laundry room, a lot of fruits venders and convenience store and near by halal restaurant Breakfast was free, mainly Chinese food, but bread section is available and salad bar also there Location is close to gate of heaven and 72 wonder tower

Very good and new hotel with very nice staff and clean and good smell environment. I will come again. Strong points: 1. Room i have booked was according to the pictures, very spacious and comfortable, good corridor with open closet and nice toilet and shower, very big bed. 2. Room is on 14th floor with good view on the city and mountain with cableway. 3. Smart room is equipped with voice control or touch panel to open the curtains, lights, AC, wifi. 4. Bathroom is at the entrance with nice sink and good light mirror, there is also make up mirror and the hotel provides toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, shaving kit, vanity set. All you need. The set of towels is 3- face, medium and big for the body. There is a robe, slippers and toilet sit cover. 5. In the shower all is new, the shower head works very well and water is warm. The strong point is that hotel is "sustainable" and uses less plastic - there is big shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers, not the small to throw away!!!very good! Smart toilet was also clean and nice. The hairdryer is new and good (like dyson). 6. The bed is comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. I had a very good sleep, the blanket is warm and nice, bed linen is clean and fresh, all new. 7. I had a deep sleep due to the comfort in the room, you can use a fan and air ventilation, or you can switch off. The temperature was regulated perfectly. Not hot and not cold. 8. There is a teapot to boil water and on the table there is a traditional tea set. 9. If you have a delivery, the robot comes to your door and gives it to you, very convenient. 10. The hotel reception and lobby personnel is very polite, nice and welcoming. They help you using wechat and try to cover your requests. They were very kind to let me late check out. 11. I know that in the hotel there is laundry and gym. I had no time to use them. Also there is a restaurant. 12. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and it is 10 minutes to the station and 15 minutes to the airport. 13. And the most important thing for me as a frequent traveller, it has no smell of smoke anywhere, its smoke free, fresh and clean. I had very very good experience. I am allergic and suffer in many places in China. It is excellent place!!! I havent found any bad points, so I give 10/10 vote.
