Outstanding Experience at Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Hotel My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Hotel. The 24 hours complimentary drinks and free access to washing machines were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Lin, who was exceptionally courteous and professional. He went out of his way to coordinate a fantastic three-day tour of Zhangjiajie’s must-see attractions with Mr. Xu Dao, ensuring we experienced everything this breathtaking destination had to offer. This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in the city, and it completely transformed my perception of the Hampton brand—so much so that I’ve already booked my next stay at a Hampton hotel in Guangzhou! The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. From the warm welcome to the comfortable beds, high-quality food, impeccable service, and outstanding facilities, every detail exceeded our expectations. Zhangjiajie itself was mesmerizing, and this hotel truly elevated our trip with its hospitality and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future! 2 things could take this hotel to be “a complete experience” in my opinion: a safety box in the room and an extra key to operate the AC all the time in the room specifically during hot summer. I can say that I had one of the best experiences in my life in this wonderful hotel and among these wonderful people.

The hotel is beautiful, have a lovely view. I wish the staff speak a bit more of English cause it was hard to communicate. Is near Zhangjiajie national park but is far from tianmen mountain.

We stayed for 2 nites, we enjoyed the breakfast except for the juices that are too sweet, maybe can add lemon water on the list of fruit juices, it’s better than those artificial juices being served. Location is 500 meters walk to the East Gate of the National Park. Free laundry machine and dryer to use for hotel Guest. The problem we have during our stay is the bed sheets on one of our beds, smells like it has not been change, we reported it to the front desk the next day and they have change it change when we got back to our room. We have check in late and we don’t want to bother the housekeeping for a change of bed sheets, the other problem is the sink, it’s clogged on the second day, first night is slow draining. Housekeeping should also check the supply of the shampoo, conditioner etc on the bathroom. Our room run out of conditioner on the second night. Free flow of water , soft drinks and some other drinks near the reception area. Front desk are helpful.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie! The hotel is fairly new, modern and clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with many varied choices. This hotel boasts a prime location that makes exploring the Wulingyuan area effortless. It is just a short didi car ride away from East Entrance Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Baofeng Lake. It is also within walking distance to the Charming Xiangxi Show. A special shout-out to the amazing lady butler, peng peng 朋朋, who truly made our trip extra special! Her thoughtful recommendations and itinerary planning helped us make the most of our time at Zhangjiajie. Her advice on the best local spots to eat was also spot on. We are truly impressed by this hotel's exceptional flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction. When our travel plans unexpectedly changed in the middle of our stay, they provided us with a free cancellation for the rest of the booked days. This level of customer care is deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Very nice hotel to stay in the Wulingyuan area and the hotel is of top standard living up to its Hilton brand. I truly enjoy the stay here. The location is also relatively convenient as it’s very nearby the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (15 mins of walk or 5 mins by Didi).

She pre-booked VIP tickets, saving us hours of排队 (queueing), and designed a perfect itinerary that revealed breathtaking views we’d have missed otherwise. **Final Verdict**: Will definitely choose Hilton Hampton and request Deng Man again on our next visit! Highly Recommended.

Hotel was conveniently located about 15 minutes’ walk away from the East gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet spread was delicious. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful place!

We love this beautiful new hotel at the heart of Wulingyuan minutes away from the Zhangjiajie National Forest East entrance. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Service is impeccable. And the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices both Chinese and western. We highly recommend it to everyone coming to visit Zhangjiajie.

I like the fact that you can check the availability of the washing machines and dryers on the TV screen. I also appreciate the abundant supply of mineral water at the lift lobby. Everything was good except for: (1) the cleanliness of the restaurant where breakfast was served. There was a dead insect stuck onto the bowl and there were dead insects on the glass window pane. (2) the size of the kettle counter in the room is miserably small and I even broke the mug! (2) the crew at the restaurant didn't have much customer-centric attitude. I would like to compliment staff at reception counter Mao Li Hua, who was attentive and polite and positioned herself to serve guests. However, whenever we passed by the reception in the evenings, we always saw this female and male staff chatting away by themselves at the edge of the counter.

Excellent quality of cleanliness, hotel location and breakfast. Laundry service is the best. The attendants help you out when the washers are busy. But make sure that the clothes actually go into the washer. A couple of times we thought that the clothes that reached our room after the laundry service were not washed at all.

The hotel has a very good location, it is very near to the National Forest Park. This made multiple access to the park over multiple days very easy. The hotel has free laundry and shoe drying services, which was useful for rainy days. The free drinks and ice cream was also a good treat after a day’s work of sightseeing. The staff also had excellent service!

Fantastic stay in Wulingyuan. Reception staff (especially Vincent) incredibly helpful with planning our routes around national park and we could message on WeChat (translates to English) for any other questions. Ordered things like ice, drinks etc and sent up by robot to room. Free soft drinks, coffee & ice creams in lobby was amazing. Shame pool wasn’t open until July (we did know this from trip.com) as we had some super hot days so would’ve been nice but not a deal breaker. Breakfast had tons of options both western full English/continental and Asian. Really comfy room and would highly recommend!
