This was one of the best hotels Ive been too the price is really good for the beautiful room and amazing services you get definitely worth every penny thankfully they had staff that speak english especially Mickey she was very helpful and she gave us a map of the zhangjiajie national park and explained to us what to do and where to go I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

We stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room is spacious and has a nice layout. Everything is comfortable, fresh and clean. The Location of the hotel is convenient, as it is located next to the entrance of the baofeng lake, a breathtaking attraction. The breakfast has a lot of variety and tastes good. The ingredients are fresh and there is something for everyone. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. They helped us to plan our trip to the national park and gave us many great recomendations. Special thanks to them 😊

We had an amazing experience during our 3 nights/4 days stay at this hotel. We booked the hotel online after going through reviews on trip.com and were not disappointed. The staff were in touch on WeChat throughout and even upgraded our room. Despite the language barrier, the staff, especially Xiaohua, Jessica and Chenney were very helpful, going out of their way to help us plan our visits to the National park and other attractions. They helped us book tickets and explained the routes very patiently. We were extremely satisfied with their service, attentiveness and helpfulness. They also helped us order in food after a long & exhausting day of hiking. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. The hotel arranged free pick up and drop to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. On my request, they arranged a small surprise for my husband’s birthday. 100% recommend this hotel.

The rooms and the staff where both great. We enjoyed some wonderful days in the hotel, went hicking every day, got picked up by the hotel car from and to the park. The shower afterwards was just great. The rooms are overall very clean. The pictures in the Internet really do reflect the rooms. Try to book the mountain view, it's definitly worth it! They helped me organise something special, without any hesitation. The room turned out very nice.

The staff is very nice and smiley, and one of the hostesses at the entrance speaks English perfectly which makes our stay very smooth. The hotel is beautiful with large clean rooms with modern appliances, breakfast is local and diverse. It's very close to the lake and at a reasonable distance from the National Park with the avatar mountains. There are a lot of cute restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay

Fast check in, modern room, clean, comfortable bed, everything automated. Japanese wc, I loved it! Great shower. I had a problem with the TV and they replied within minutes and fixed it… even if it was close to midnight. I can recommend this hotel.👍👍

Very nice place! Super kind and english speaking service😊 had a great mountain view from our room (5th floor). Only around 10 min car ride from the national park with avatar mountains and the hotel provided the car ride for free, including the return trip. The pool had a very nice view too.

We have adored every part of our stay. I am constantly amazed at the helpful and friendly nature of the staff. The hotel rooms itself are clean, modern and spacious. Everything is close by and easy to access the national park. There’s a nice little pool to cool off and plenty of areas to socialise around the hotel. Even my latte at the front counter was free and when we had an issue with the DiDi arriving too small for our luggage the hotel staff arranged to drive us to the railway station. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so perfect.

Honestly I cannot praise the wonderful staff here enough. From the moment we arrived, mid torrential rain, the staff and their service was impeccable - rushing out in the rain to grab our luggage. The wonderful ladies at reception made the trip to Zhangjiajie smooth, organising car rides to and from the entrance of the national park, helping book tickets, and giving great sight seeing advice. They even helped us order food deliveries on some of the late nights we got back. On the last day I lost my AirPods, well they were taken/stolen during my time in the park by someone - and the staff were very helpful in trying to sort out a police report etc. Again, the service here is second to none and I cannot praise it enough. The hotel itself is modern, quiet and clean. The room was a good size too. The breakfast was also decent, offering a range of selections. I have no pictures of the hotel itself sadly but here’s some of the area over the past four days.
