ah most recommended hotel ever in zhangjiajie city center! it's right above a shopping mall and in the middle of the bustling street with lots of food and shopping around! didi around is convenient and the rooms are nice and spacious and clean! super comfortable stay

Overall an excellent hotel. The hotel room was big and clean and beautiful, it has the BIGGEST bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel, they provide 2 different types of pillows for you to choose from, and all facilities were clean and very new. It’s located within a shopping mall and there’s an excellent bakery just downstairs. It is also smart, you can call “xiao du xiao du” to turn the lights off for you, open the curtains, etc. The vanity mirror is also amazing for female travellers. One thing to note however, is that because it is in a prime center location, there is some traffic congestion in the road just outside (not a big issue) and the taxi may find it slightly difficult to drop you off right at the entrance (pretty normal for mid range china hotels i’d say)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. I couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early at around 7 AM, which was a huge relief since regular check-in isn't until 2 PM. They had a room available, and we were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff. The room itself was spacious, bright and clean featuring a large window that offered stunning views of the city. The location was convenient, close to public transport and taking taxi is cheaper going to train stations and cableway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service!

Front desk staff not friendly at all, no smile from het instead got a “face”. Wanted to ask for map of 天门山, she simply tell me she not sure and ask me to find at the “tour agency” desk. But this hotel is new, and the room we book was big and came with bathtub which is a plus.

Superb stay, best service, not the biggest hotel but they show u warmth and attention to the smallest details to make up for the lack in size.. Free popcorn, free washing, free drinks, free porridge.. many freebies even when we checked out.. Location is along the busiest street so u can get drinks and food easily even for supper.. Cleanlinest is of 5 star standard..
