Happy Stay

Excellent place for family to stay, helpful receptionist (owners). Look for 柴先生， he gives good suggestion to travel around in the National Park (Wu Ling Yuan).

The inn owner is friendly and extremely helpful. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. Love the morning view and the stream in front of the inn is a lovely place for a walk. Non spicy food restaurant, bakery, fruit stall etc are just a few minutes away.

Very comfortable room, clean, soft mattress, amazing large balcony overlooking the river. Staff were very helpful and friendly, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at Happy Stay. The front desk service was excellent. He made recommendations for our trip to the National Forest Park and other scenery, booked large van for our trip back to the Zhangjiajie city. Very sincere and honest service. I am glad I picked this hotel.

The hotel is on a supreme location: convenient but quiet. The front main road has all kinds of shops: nice bakery and restaurants, fruits shop, local breakfast eateries, also very near to the sight seeing and show places. The back of the hotel and our room is facing a quiet small river, with nice peach flowers and willow trees, very beautiful !!! We can enjoy a pleasant afternoon tea there on the balcony after the day out. The decoration is modern and comfortable, hotel staff are all helpful and nice, with good service. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel.

My daughter said to me, “Mom, these people are so nice, you have to give them the best review!” So here I am, my first trip.com review. The owners of this hotel are truly kind. You can tell that they take pride in their hotel and try to offer the best experience to their guests. All of our questions and random requests were answered promptly and they epitomize the term “going above and beyond.” In one instance we bought instant noodles from a nearby grocery store to eat on the train, but didnt have chopsticks so we asked one of the owners where we can get some. He immediately offered to go out and get some for us and returned in 5 minutes with disposable chopsticks! Several times I walked by the front desk and would see one of them deep in conversation with a guest or two, showing them a map of Zhangjiajie and how to navigate the park in the most efficient way possible! If we didnt already have a guide we would have asked them too! Bonus if you don’t speak mandarin - they also speak English and Cantonese! Double bonus - the river view from the hotel is beautiful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Zhangjiajie!
