Luxurious and extremely comfortable. Opulent shower and washroom with heated toilet seat. Amenities to cook eggs. Super comfortable bed and sofa and a TV that can be spun to view from either the bed, sofa or bath. The bath is perfect, cosy and situated under the ac for a nice long hot soak. Li Tou is a wonderfully welcoming host and his staff are all equally as friendly. I can't reccomend this hotel enough!

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was spotless and felt fresh and comfortable throughout my visit. You can tell the staff take great pride in keeping everything clean and well cared for. What impressed me most was how helpful and accommodating the team was. They arranged a pickup from the high speed rail station, which made my arrival so smooth, and even helped store my luggage after checkout so I could enjoy the rest of the day without worrying about my bags. Every request was met with a smile and genuine willingness to help. It’s a place that truly values guests and goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is one of the most amazing hotel, neat, classy, and well furnished boutique hotels. It gives a vibe of a home away from home, with an amazing view.. Easy to locate, and a well structured serviced room. The carer was also very kind and helpful. Would definitely visit again. You should too.

This accommodation has been a highlight of our trip to China. The host is really kind and helpful, thanks to him we got a great idea of how to approach both Zhangjiajie national forest and Tianmen, as well as helping with many other things. And the apartment is flawless: super clean, modern, well maintained and comfortable. The location is also perfect for ordering a Didi and going either to the national park or Tianmen. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I highly recommend this hotel in the city center which accept foreign tourists. All the services provided were amazing and the owner is the nicest person who helped us organized our trip around the region. This hotel is the place to choose in order to have a memorable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden City Riverside Boutique! The view from our room was absolutely stunning we couldn’t get enough of it. The room itself was spotless, and the host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even offer a free pickup service from the railway station, just make sure to contact them ahead of time. The location is great only about 10 minutes by Didi to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and there are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so finding food was easy. My partner and I fell in love with this place. Highly recommend!
