What truly sets this place apart, though, is their top-tier service. The owner went above and beyond to help me customize my itinerary, including visits to Tianmen Mountain and Wulingyuan (aka the iconic Avatar Mountain). Their patience and friendliness are next-level—they took the time to explain everything about Zhangjiajie, from the best spots to the most budget-friendly travel options. And here’s the cherry on top: when I got lost, the owner didn’t just give directions—they personally guided me to where I needed to go. Now, that’s what I call service excellence! I love this place..it is really near to restaurants, markets and bus station to get you to the scenic places..We were so happy to find a halal restaurant near our hotel..It is just about 30m walk from the hotel..the area near the hotel is very lively too. The manager of the hotel is very kind and helpful..He helped to book us a ticket to the National park and Grand Canyon..He also helped to book us a trip return to all the scenic spots..I would definitaly recommend this hotel for their kind owner, strategic area and great hospitality..To muslim travellers, this place has three nearby halal restaurants. It very convenient..

We had an incredible stay at this homestay! The family room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had such a warm and homey atmosphere that we felt completely at ease. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the host, who went above and beyond in every way possible. They helped us meticulously plan our visits to Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar). Thanks to their detailed guidance, we navigated the national park effortlessly without needing a guide. They even provided us with entry tickets at a discounted price, which was a lovely bonus. What truly set them apart was their continued support even as we prepared to move on to our next destination. Despite the challenges we faced with the language barrier and other travel-related hurdles, the host stepped in and helped us map out our journey, ensuring everything went smoothly. We can’t recommend this homestay enough—it’s more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience of genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

The location is perfect for visiting the mountain and the forest park. It is quiet, clean, and close to the airport. The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helped us find the perfect route through the park and across the mountain. We were also able to spontaneously extend our stay for one night. 100% recommend this hotel and will choose it again in case I come back to visit Zhangjiajie.

Location: It is located in alley which opposite from cable car (line A) station. I took bus from Wulingyuan bus station to Zhangjiajie and dropped at bus stop then walked to the B&B. There are many restaurants which you enjoy with tasty foods. Service: Guys are really helpful. You can ask them to help booking the ticket with discount (advance booking). She also gave me a Tianmenshan map and recommended me the route to walk at Tianmenshan. Room: Reasonable with the price. Clean. Recommended for traveller who would like to get an affordable price.

Perfect location for the cableway to Tianmen mountain and nice streets around. Our room was really spacious and the staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Lady boss is friendly. The bed mattress was super comfy.. perfect for a good rest after a days hike. Perfect location close to Tianmen Cableway Station and there are a lot of eateries nearby.

Location is very near to Tianmen cableway branch. Staff was helpful and good guide for planning trip in Zhangjiajie and Tianmen, they give map with point to point visit which needs to follow for on trip.

As foreigners, the host made it extremely easy and convenient for us to get to the awesome places around this fantastic city. Hotel is in a very convenient location as well.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the cable car station. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Even though she didn't speak English, with the translator she explained to us everything we needed to know before heading to the Tianmen mountain. The room was ok, clean but the bathroom was a bit disappointing. But considering the price it's a great deal for a short stay!
