Everything was perfect. Reception is always supporting the guest's trip. Chinese homemade style breakfast is so nice. The facility and view are amazing. Being located in front of the middle gate of the park, easy to access. However, to the east gate, which has a lot of restaurants and markets, is quite far so needs to take a taxi for 20mins.

The room is beautiful & exactly as advertised, even more spacious than expected. The host 小刘 is very professional and provided us with excellent customer service. Ride between hotel and train station can be arranged directly with him, and he also helped us customise our itinerary to Zhangjiajie National Park. Breakfast was nice & freshly prepared. Overall it was a wonderful stay. 谢谢小刘的招待 🙏🏼

Attentive service & great scenery around the hotel. Housekeeper (小覃) was helpful & contacted us via wechat & assist to plan out itinerary / book tickets if needed. Only thing to note is that the resort is located near Zhangjiajie National Park, but quite far from the central area (where most of the restaurants & shopping are at). About 40-60mins car ride.

Very beautiful hotel situated next to the gates of the national park, it’s 30 minutes drive from the city, therefore it’s very calm and rooms have great scenic views. Special great note to the interior design of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant prices however we thought are quite expensive. Overall we liked your stay there!

Housekeeper Xiao QinHe was very helpful to us, he was very confident in communicating with us, although his English level needs to be improved, but he was very attentive, tried to communicate with us as much as possible, provided us with great help, the hotel was also very good, location, staff, thank you very much

My husband and I had a great stay at Annica. Our personal butler 小覃was responsive and totally reliable to handle all tour arrangements. His attention to details were much appreciated. Our trip to Zhangjiajie couldn’t have been better! This hotel is a few minutes walking distance away from a secondary (non crowded!) entrance to the National Park. The view from the pool is facing the National Park too, which couldn’t be more beautiful. Same goes for the surroundings as the area is super calm, you can relax indeed. The restaurant serves good typical food (we highly recommend the sea bass fish - both versions). The breakfast is acceptable with a mix of asian western (although mostly Asian you can find such things as yogurt, croissants, butter and bread). The hotel could be improved in minor details, which we passed on to the team. But these won’t make your experience bad in anyway. What made our stay one of the best in this big China trip was our hostess named Fan! ＜3 She was always available for us, did the impossible to find anything we needed and surprised us all the time. She carefully planned all our itineraries for all the attractions, never forgot a single request and spoke English better than anyone else in the Team. She was 6 out of 5*. ;) Don’t miss Jojo, the beautiful and cute cat belonging to the hotel. :) Our room also included a transfer which we used to the airport by the end of the stay, driving us in time to our flight. We hope to be back one day. :)

Our housekeeper, Xiao Lu, was extremely helpful during our stay in Zhangjiajie. We were grateful that he helped us with our itinerary during our 3 night stay and helped us book tickets to the Zhangjiajie National Park and to Tianmenshan. He even made special accomodation for us to have breakfast ready before their typical breakfast service so that we could head out to do a hike the morning before our departure. He was always available on WeChat whenever we had any questions. The location is also very conveniently (2-3 minute walk) to the Zhuming gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. A special shoutout to 小李, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly stood out. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations or ensuring all my needs were met, 小李’s dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the amenities were great, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We had a very good stay in Annica Resort. Especially the fantastic service of Xiao Liu needs to be mentioned as he provided us with really great tips how to best explore the Zhangjiajie Nature Park. Hotel is very near by foot to a quiet park entrance with no waiting time to get in. Very few restaurants in this area. For visit of Tianmen mountain it is ca 40 minutes drive each way.

Conveniently located near the park gate, this hotel offers a clean environment and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff who assisted us with our itinerary. The hotel also has a lovely cat, though it tends to roam around and can be elusive

Well located next to the park’s side entrance (less crowded). However, the food options around the area is quite limited and as we stayed for five nights got bored of eating all our meals in the hotel, we found ourselves constantly commuting to and fro from Wulingyuan for dinner. If you’re only staying for one or two nights, the hotel’s restaurant does serve decent food and you wouldn’t have the same issue as us. Though the place looks aesthetic in photos, we felt that the place is in need of better maintenance. e.g. peeling paint near the sink, floor skirting that looks like it’s about to fall out, patchy paint job. Because of this, we felt that the place is a little overpriced for the quality of the room we got. I think the rooms were probably much more impressive when the hotel first launched but the lack of maintenance got in the way. Despite all these, we did have a good time and the staff at the hotel were all very very helpful and sweet. A special shoutout to Xiao Tan for helping us arrange transportation, meals, and park entrance tickets.
