Spend two nights here and I can totally recommend the hotel! Next to the cable car and it’s easy to take a taxi to the national car. Great und helpful owner who even gave me some of their own harvested oranges as a present! Thx a lot!!

Yang Mi was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond for us. The rooms and decor exuded a rainforest vibe, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible. I especially appreciated the family-oriented nature of the inn—sitting down with them for tea and fruit, sharing stories late into the night, was unforgettable. I feel like I left a piece of my heart at Hetianwan Inn.

The staff were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Whether I needed recommendations or had a random request, they were always happy to help. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfy—just what I needed after a day out. You can really tell they care about their guests. Overall, Hetianwan Inn is a great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it and will be back for sure!

The hotel is very nice , close to the bus station for zhangjiajie and the point for take the cable car to tianmen , the woman who work there is really warm and she will help you in everithing , she makes me feel very Welcome , one of the best places to stay in china

The most welcoming hosts I've had in my trip in China. So warm and welcoming, I wish I could've stayed longer. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here. It's at a great location, rooms are clean and a great hot shower. The host and her family are simply amazing. Also great in giving advice for the trips you want to do in the city and around the area and they're always on standby on WeChat to help you out if you're on one of your trips around.

Very charming place with a very charming lady who help us a lot on our trip to Tianmenshan. Definitely I would stay over again. Highly recommended.

The rooms are nice and clean, beds very comfortable. The staff is amazing! They were very helpful and have good prices on tickets for the forest etc. would stay again !

The guesthouse is a great place to stay.  The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of warm water.  The family who run it are Chinese speaking, lovely, kind and helpful.  They helped us navigate our trip around Zhangjiajie National Park which is actually quite difficult, and bought our tickets for us.  Recommended routes to take on Tianmen Mountain.  Well placed for busses, cable car and central rail station with lots of places to eat nearby.

I felt like home, they helped me with everything I needed and more. I would come back for sure and will recommend it to everyone I meet/know. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

A very basic facilities but totally worth for this price. Many restaurant nearby, city bus station and main bus terminal is just walking distance. Water heater work a bit slow but totally is fine. Soundproof is a bit weak but still fine. Hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. I had a very pleasant stay, overall is good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Zhangjiajie City. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me by translating stuff to English. Hotel was very clean, had all the amenities you'd want and overall just a very nice stay.
