The location was great close from the Zhangjiajie main station and the cablecar way to Tianmen Mountain and many tasty local small restaurants. The room and showerroom was comfortable and spacious. Even in the case you can speak only little Chinese, the staff only speak Chinese but are tolerant and friendly and can communicate using a translation app. Some of the electrical outlets and appliances are old and no longer usable, but some are still usable. The view was nice. Totally recommended to many budget travelers!

The host was very rude when letting us in. We do not speak chinese nor her English. She was having trouble taking a photo of our passports and would not communicate the issue to us, I tried to communicate with a translator but she instead yelled at me as she tried to input our information. After 20 min of her frustration and yelling, she finally correctly input our information and lead us to our room. She did not provide any other services and was unavailable the rest of the trip. I was upset by such a harsh reception after a long day of travel.

A really good hotel for the price. The aunty was nice and friendly and gave us free fruits as well. The room was really spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy. The bathroom was pretty small but not bad and it came with hand towels too. Location is good for getting taxis to the nearby tourist destinations.

Pleasant. Auntie owner is very friendly but not very IT-savvy so it takes a while to finalise check-in/ otherwise it is a value-for-money accommodation.

The description read it was 800 metres from the railway station but it was actually a 20 minutes cab ride for 40 yuan. 🤬

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Tha owner is so kind. All was good, except the noisy neighbors at night.

The owner is very kind and helpful, always with a smile on her face. Although they don’t speak English, we could communicate using translation apps and had no problems with that. Very good cost benefit. Thank you for everything:)

La Posizione rimane ottima , vicino alla stazione dei treni, a quella degli autobus e a 20 minuti dalla funivia del monte Tienamen. Albergo molto spartano.

酒店位置不錯，距離汽車站很近，出門就有早飯，還有腸粉，距離天門山遊客中心也比較近，適合居住，房間比較乾淨整潔。

J'ai passé un très bon séjour, l'emplacement est calme, près du terminal de bus. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.

房間佈置得温馨又精緻，環境乾淨整潔，房間打掃得一塵不染，住過這麼多地方，這家絕對名列前茅。房間寬敞明亮，採光絕佳，窗外景色超美，讓人心情愉悦。

Отель, расположен в самом конце переулка, местные жители помогли найти и проводили, при заселение долго не могли зарегестрировать так как видимо редко работают с иностранцами, сам отель нормальный достаточно чисто, в целом не рекомендую иностранным гостям так как сложно найти вход и были сложности с регистрацией
