We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

Staff are friendly will provided unexpected service, I really surprised to have this kind of experience first time in china, cleaning is good, bed is comfortable and pillow is good.

Perfect stay! Staff are polite and helpful. The complimentary afternoon cakes are added bonuses.They offer free transfer from train station to hotel and save the hussles to move the luggages on the road!

Friendly staff, Facilities are great, room is clean and is properly maintained.

Great Location and great facilities. It also has a temperature-controlled swimming pool. But Spa services wasn’t very inviting and anyways we hardly had just 2 Nights to stay, so kind of lack of time, as we did The Matterhorn and Gornergrat trips. Overall a great stay!! 👍🏼

The hotel very near train station walking distance less then 5 mins service is good, big room and comfortable. Very nice view can see Matterhorn

房間稍微有點小，和大部分瑞士酒店差不多吧，位置在遠離商業的一端，所以稍微有點不太方便，但是也算清靜。某些房型估計可以看到馬特洪峯，但是我們的房間就樓層低也背對馬特洪峯，窗台也沒有花飾，所以略顯失望吧

マッターホルンの見える部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。スタッフも親切です。

別のホテルに宿泊予定でしたが、トラブルにより宿泊が困難となり、急遽こちらのホテルを当日予約しました。当日予約にも関わらず丁寧にご対応いただき大変助かりました。また、設備や朝食についても大変満足しました。

酒店不錯，離火車站就步行2分鐘，有恆温泳池，桑拿房等。酒店的服務什麼的也都很好。性價比很高啦，很滿意，下次雪季再來的話，還會住這邊。

窗外景觀不錯可以看到山 兩個陽台有不同的風景 晚上週圍很安靜 後院有一片很乾凈的雪地可以玩 整體比較推薦 前台提供纜車等指導服務
