Super nice hotel room, new and clean, with a very cottage vibe. Breakfast can have a slightly wider spread if possible. Hotel does not give amenities like toothbrush, kettle, shower cap. Still a great place to stay with a great view!

Kristiane checked us in, and out of the hotel. She's the most attentive person so far that I've met, among the hotels that I have stayed in. Not only that, she got our issues fixed within the day, with a good sense of humour. The hotel breakfast was above average, some selection of cheeses, ham, salami, yoghurt, and drinks dispensed from the machine. I chose this hotel as it was close to Zermatt Bahnhof, and I did not regret it. A relatively new hotel, with a faint smell of wood in the room. The heating in the room can be a wee bit stronger, it means the insulation is good while we tuned down the central heating throughout our stay when the external temp is subzero. It's a gorgeous hotel, I have a narrow window view of the Matterhorn. Not to mention that the hotel is right next to McDonald's and two coffee shops. Overall, it was a splendid experience for us staying at Derby. If you were guessing, this isn't a sponsored review. We were just very happy travellers.

The hotel is located in the best location walkable from the Zermatt main station easy to find food and drinks, close to coop and the hotel have nice terrace in front that u can sit for people watching our room had nice view of matterhorn comfortable bed. With moon roof

A friendly and welcoming reception staff

Hôtel très bien situé, avec de jolies chambres rénovées. Personnel sympathique ! Il manque quelques équipements dans la chambre, comme du thé et du café. Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables.

酒店距離Zermatt 火車站步行四分鐘，就在主街上，樓下配有Derby餐廳。房間帶陽台，可以看到主街上熱鬧的景象，但看不到羣山（如圖一）酒店設施非常新，但隱隱有一些木質傢俱新裝修的味道。雖然使用了非常不錯且嶄新的hansgrohe 水龍頭及淋浴設施，但是出水冷熱不均………另外，出示酒店的房卡及訊息可以在樓下餐廳享有折扣，但餐廳不太好吃（如圖二）

최고의 위치, 깔끔한 숙소, 정갈한 조식. 대가족 7명이 너무나도 잘 쉬고 여행했습니다. 체르마트에 또 가야한다면 또 묵고 싶습니다.

地理位置: 優異，就在小鎮主街上，出了采爾馬特火車站走兩分鐘就能到，旁邊還有我在鎮上的固定食堂麥當勞。離小鎮上一家蠻大的coop也不遠。 酒店設施：雖然酒店的大門和前台看起來狹小而又有年代感，但是酒店房間不錯，應該是近一兩年有翻新過的，設施很新很乾凈。雖然房間裏衹有瑞標插座，但是床頭和桌子上有usb-c充電口，也可以給手機平板等充電。酒店的洗浴用品比較一般，衹有一瓶可用，容器看着挺新挺好看，可是沒有任何標識，估計是什麼便宜的二合一洗頭沐浴露。另外注意房間內沒有熱水壺（想了一下可能是海拔比較高怕燒水搞出問題?） 酒店早餐: 爛，全是冷食，雞蛋還要自己放到煮蛋器裏煮，我的建議是出門去隔壁麥當勞吃早飯。 服務：還不錯，就是check out時間比較早。

位置離車站很近，方便坐車抵達，距離景點也不遠，早餐簡單，可以想像到的那樣，房間中規中距，可以寄放行李不錯
