Schweizerhof Zermatt - a Small Luxury Hotel anmeldelser

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

Good facilities, high class restaurants & bar with a very comfortable and relaxing environment included with a live DJ and enjoyable music at night, great services, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay very much! Will be glad to visit again and recommend it to friends!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

That is the fantastic hotel in Zermatt; the service and facility are excellent, and the room has a good view of the mountain and Matterhorn. The price of the room is already included the swimming pool and gym and Sauna, that is the excellent price that gives you the service. I will book this hotel again.

酒店位置很好在小鎮中心，房間也很棒，早餐豐富，衞生乾淨，前台服務很友好。唯一搞笑的是，事先看了攜程上其他自駕客的點評消息，説酒店離火車站150米，又説車可停火車站的停車場，誤解為停好車帶着行李就走到酒店。實際是，停車的火車站是到小鎮去的擺渡火車的總站（Terminal），買票坐擺渡火車到采爾馬特站下來150米。小鎮是無車鎮（當地人和的士除外），且小鎮沒有不準🚫進鎮或鎮界（也許是現在進鎮的界口在施工），我們就直徑開進了小鎮😂，好在當地人很友好知道我們誤入,看到怕我們被警察抓（罰100法郎），很着急地讓我們趕緊掉頭離開，後來通過翻譯機（我們是英語也就懂幾個單詞的長者）在當地人的指點下才順利停車。希望這條對後面要去的自駕朋友有用。

จองห้องมาแบบขนาดใหญ่ พักสองคน แต่ทางโรงแรมจัดมาให้สองเตียงขนาดใหญ่ วิวอลังการมากกกก ห้องใหญ่มากกกก เดินห่างจากสถานีรถไฟไม่ถึง 5 นาที อ่างอาบน้ำก็ใหญ่มาก พนักงานบริการดียิ้มแย้ม

訂的是可以看到matterhorn的房間，房間不大，但是很温馨，位置很好，就在火車站邊上不遠，去逛街吃飯都很方便！Zermatt性價比最高的酒店！

服務：酒店內員工全程英語交流無壓力，見到你也會禮貌打個招呼，下午到達酒店後出門一趟，回來還有夜床服務，很貼心 設施：有健身房、桌球室、室外以及屋頂酒吧，早餐味道還可以，品類豐富 環境：距離馬特洪峯火車站和采爾馬特火車站3分鐘步行距離，在主街上附近有很多商店可以逛

火車站出來步行三分鐘就到酒店，前台人很好，酒店早餐很好吃，能夠在陽台上看到馬特宏峯，整體體驗不錯，不錯的選擇。
