In the resort Hochkrimml, 5 km from the centre of Königsleiten, 13 km from the centre of Gerlos, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, sauna, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Hochkrimml Filzstein" 400 m, bathing lake 5 km. Tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m. From Zillertal the road has a toll, from Mittersill the road is toll free. Cottage was spacious. Points of interest: * garden: was more of a field, needs mowing and you could only get there through the bedroom. The staircase side from the ground floor was bad and overgrown. There was no garden table. You can sit on the balcony.
