Vtz Hotel San Valero

(+) We loved the location! In the heart of the old town. -＞ Many restaurants in the old town close between 16-19:00. (+) The staff at Reception was helpful and friendly! They offered great advice. There’s also a complimentary coffee machine and kettle at the Reception. (+) The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice with free shower amenities and towels. There was also a hairdryer inside the wardrobe. (+) There is space outside to temporarily park your car and unload luggage, but you have to remove the ropes yourself. We found the hotel deal with Parking Indigo Plaza del Pilar (spacious, reliable, private garage) very convenient and only 250m away. We paid for the parking at the hotel upon checkout. (-) We were very disappointed by our room. The reviews we read and the photos we saw, didn't match the room we got. (-) It was located right next to the elevator so it was noisy late at night and early in the morning. (-) There was something about the bed that didn’t make it very comfortable. It was short and narrow for two people. (-) The room seemed cheaply furnished and the ambience didn’t feel as relaxing as we wanted it to be for the money that were paid. (-) The hotel offers breakfast upon extra charge, however it is served at another of their hotels a few minutes walk away from the property.

Desde el primer día fue lamentable, la atención del recepcionista fue horrible muy borde casi nos invitó a marcharnos por aparcar una furgoneta azul en la puerta del Hotel mientras mi mujer y mi bebé bajaban sus cosas, no se ofrecieron ayudarnos en ningún momento aun viendo que yo me sostenía sobre unas muletas y mi mujer llevaba a la niña en brazos. Un sitio decepcionante donde seguro no repetiremos.

Oggi 06 agosto 2024 volevo prenotare; è possibile solo pagando tutto in anticipo Solo con carta di credito Mandano una mail con un link; mi collego al link ma anche se ho provato con TRE differenti carte di credito (Tutte valide perché sempre usate) mi dice che le carte non sono valide. Mi arriva una mail che dice che la prenotazione è stata cancellata. Allora telefono 5 volte e mando 4 mail In una telefonata mi dicono che mi mandano altra mail con altro link ma non ricevo nulla Parlano solo spagnolo o inglese (nemmeno francese) Ho insistito solo perché è uno dei pochi hotel che accettano cani
