Hotel Goya

Excellent, slightly older, large hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom. comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, with a large selection of food. In the very center. we got connecting rooms, so the soundproofing wasn't the best

First room we were given AC did not work. After telling them 3 different times about it through out the day (each time promised it was fixed) we asked for new room. This room the AC worked, but no fridge, smaller room and bed & bed hard as a rock. The room had a big balcony that had rusted steel beams as roof & old cracked tiles for floor and nothing else (no chairs). The grab handle in the shower was dangling by one loose screw & fell off with the first shower exposing rusty screws that we had to be careful not to touch while showering for fear of tetanus. We had to go up the elevator on the even older more delapidated part of the hotel bc the other elevator was broken. Then Sometime early on the morning before we woke on our departure day, the AC was shut off. The room was hot & stuffy by 8am. Though the staff was polite, the condition of the entire hotel is in need of complete renovation or just shuttered for good. A complete waste of money.

Wir konnten unsere Reise nicht fortsetzen und wollten die Buchung stornieren, leider haben wir ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeiten beim *********** gebucht. Das Hotel wollte uns auch nicht entgegen kommen, sehr enttäuscht, nicht Kundenfreundlich

Muy buen y céntrico Hotel en Zaragoza cerquísima de los sitios de interés. Se trata de un Hotel de 4☆ que al verlo de afuera te puede llegar a sorprender ya que la fachada en si no es muy bonita que digamos y no hace justicia a la calidad que dispone el establecimiento por dentro. También hay que reseñar la simpatia y amabilidad de todo el personal del Hotel

Hotel piuttosto datato sia come struttura che come mobilio, ma pulito. Non esiste frigobar ma è presente bidet. L'aria condizionata è troppo alta, troppo freddo, anche se la tieni spenta. Letti sufficientemente comodo. Stanza rumorosa sua per il vociare dalla stradina sul quale si affaccia, dato dal vociare di passanti, che dal rumore della stanza sopra persistiti fin oltre le ore 1,00. Presente macchina espresso con capsule non identificare per tipologia. Nel bagno sapone mani dosatore non funzionante. La mia votazione è dovuta alla posizione centrale.

Es un cuatro estrellas aunque antiguo. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos minutos de la Basilica, junto al Tubo y centros comerciales. Parada de tranvía y oficina de turismo a menos de 100 metros. En cuanto al hotel, habitaciones amplias, camas muy grandes y (para mi) muy cómodas. El baño bastante grande, con bidé y una ducha, con bañera, con mucha presión de agua. Tiene minibar, caja fuerte y cafetera. La limpieza sobresaliente y el personal de recepción, sobre todo el chico que nos atendió a nuestra llegada, Ángel, maravilloso, de esas personas que hacen que tu estancia sea excepcional. Muy amable y atento. Vamos, un plus para el hotel. Muchas gracias por todo, repetiremos
