The apartment we stayed in was absolutely filthy not properly cleaned on arrival human hair in areas on the floor, bed was broken, shower area was disgustingly dirty and run down shower glass had water and soap stains from previous use, toilet seat not secure cracked tiles no shower tray to put the soap on when washing, electrical socket came away when I pulled a plug from it. Air con is non existent blowing hardly any cold air into the room . I pulled the front panel off to check the filter and it was absolutely filthy this is where bacteria forms and gives you chest infections and most importantly catching legionnaires disease. The only thing good about this hotel is the garden it’s nicely kept unlike the hotel inside.

Another two glorious weeks at this hotel Apartment was spot on and air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff very helpful Excellent ground floor room Powerful shower Delight bar very good Great little supermarket across the road. No problem getting a sunbed Beach just down the road is stunning

Just cut our holiday short! Arrived and after a room change we paid €126 for air con which did not work! Spoke to staff who were lovely but unable to resolve the problem, they said they had contacted maintenance to solve the problem but the problem was never sorted .. spoke to TUI who relayed with the hotel and they believed the hotel that all was sorted. That was without the smell and state of the bathroom which they said to TUI was checked and was clean. I spoke to the management who just shrugged his shoulders… I’ve spoke to a rep of TUI who said they apologise that the hotel wasn’t up to my standard … Il let yous seen the pics and yous can decide if it’s a standard yous can live with! Clealiness here is very poor, taps on bathroom sink were grimey, bathroom bin not emptied every day, had to clean bedside cabinet as something had been spilled and not wiped. Phone was discustingly dirty had tp pick it up with handkercheifs and put it on top of the safe, this was reported but nothing done. Shower enclosure so small could barely turn around in it. Best thing about here was the pool bar attached. Will never stay here again.

Had the best holiday ever can’t wait to return , hotel spotless staff outstanding, food was just amazing . Beach just a 5 minute walk , honestly can’t praise the whole experience enough. Just 5 minute walk to all bars and restaurants and bus stop 2 minutes

Wow amazing place to stay was a bit worried after the reviews but couldn’t fault anything All staff polite and friendly as always rooms in Greece are basic But very clean a proper double bed and a amazing shower ! Food in attached restaurant is delicious and very reasonable price All and all a great week in Greece
