The hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly and there customer service gave made the experiencewondeful, the room spacious and clean. The food was so delicious and it is attached to 360 mall which is very convenient. One suggestion will be to include transport with the room reservation if the customer is coming on a business or leisure trip as that adds to the experience.

However, I must express that an apology alone does not suffice in addressing the trauma I endured during my stay, particularly due to the actions of the Turkish duty manager. During my time at your esteemed establishment, I encountered a situation that was not only distressing but also completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The duty manager’s behavior was unprofessional and intimidating; specifically, raising her hands towards me and instructing me to leave the premises created an atmosphere of fear and humiliation. Such conduct is not what one expects from a luxury hotel where guests should feel safe and respected. The emotional toll this incident has taken on me cannot be overstated. It has left me feeling traumatized and anxious about future travel experiences. A five-star hotel is expected to provide not just comfort but also a sense of security and hospitality, which was severely lacking in this instance. The treatment I received has affected my perception of your brand and its commitment to guest satisfaction. I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement appropriate measures to ensure that no other guest has to endure such treatment in the future. This includes reviewing staff training protocols, particularly concerning conflict resolution and guest interaction standards. Additionally, I would appreciate a more substantial form of acknowledgment regarding this incident beyond a verbal apology. While I appreciate your acknowledgment of the situation, it is crucial for me to see tangible steps taken by your management team to rectify these issues within your establishment. Excellent hotel in all respects. Right from reception to check in and check out. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Hospitality was given the utmost preference by all the staff members. will come again. Some of the staff members were were knowledgeable and went out of the way to resolve the minor problems faced

Loved everything in the hotel. From the location near airport, accessibility to 360 Mall, the amenities, service provided, food quality, staff engagement, everything was excellent.

Luxury and modern hotel attached to 360 mall. The standard room is spacious and elegant. Everything was super clean and no single defect. The room and corridor smell fresh. Very friendly employees. Breakfast was excellent. A great place for families and for seeking relaxation..

Expensive but excellent 5* hotel with staff that really care. Lovely big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Nice Spa area. Near Airport but a bit of a journey for downtown. If you want to feel special this is the place.
