服務周到，地理位置好，生活方便

酒店位置非常方便出行，景點就在眼前，服務設施環境衞生都非常到位，我們是冬天去的還能有熱水壺，房間也很寬暢，後面就是一條酒巴街，夏天的話一定非常熱鬧。值得推薦！

Was in Zagreb for a football match between Croatia and Scotland, and having visited Zagreb twice in the past, I know that if you base yourself in and around Ban Jelačić Square, you are right in the heart of the action. Looking around I decided upon Rooms Zagreb 17, which was just a stones throw from the main square. Arrived rather early, and they had no problem with me leaving my case with them until the room was ready (I had a Bike Tour of Zagreb booked to pass the time any way), so gave them my mobile number, and two hours later I got a whatsapp message with them confirming my room was now ready, and they had put my luggage into the room, with instructions of how to get the key). This hotel is basically just rooms in an apartment complex, so it has more of a Air BnB feel to it rather than a hotel, which did not bother me, as my room was as good as getting an apartment. Lovely spacious room, with some nice funky art work, a good sized toilet/shower room and main thing it was very quiet (one of the main bar streets was at the back of the hotel, and must say at night I did not hear anything from the street). All in all a really good place to base yourself in Zagreb, and the staff really do go the extra mile for you to make your stay a pleasant one.

Great location, lovely room, super informative, helpful, and caring management by Irena, and nice rates. It looks a bit strange when you walk in off the busy street as you are coming through a set of big garage doors into a small courtyard with about 3 cars parked and several doorways. But a motion-sensor light comes on, the doorway into Rooms 17 is marked, it's apparent that you need to go up a flight to the reception area, and Irena will banish any doubts or hesitation. She has a white board with contact info, recommended restaurants, will suggest how you spend your time, answer any questions, help you get a ride lined up should you need it (to the airport, for example, as we did), show you to an artistically-decorated room with a small refrigerator, some dishes if you need them, a back view down to a little park and busy street, etc. We were very glad we stayed here!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Accommodation is in a great location and is clean and well equipped but what makes it so brilliant is the fabulous hosts who recommend lots of ways to make the most of your stay. One thing to be aware of is you need to pay in cash on arrival.

We stayed again (May2024) in rooms Zagreb 17. We had stayed last October as well. The review for that stay is below this one. We had another excellent experience there. The hosts, Irena and Ivan are an great couple who are super nice and we loved staying at their place. We would go back just to see them again. we have never had hosts that were so amazing. Thank you, Irena and Ivan. P.S. Ask them for a driver to drive you or pick you up from the airport. We stayed at Rooms Zabreb in October 2023. We were greeted by Ivan. Ivan and Irena are a lovely couple who own RZ17. RZ17 was in a great location. The room was very large and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Our window looked out on to the main restaurant street. The windows kept the rooms very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Zagreb was the end of this Croatia trip. We will return next year and stay again to explore more of Croatia. All in all it was a great place to stay. Remember to check your email prior to arrival for the passcode necessary to enter the outside door form th estreet. That door leads to an inner courtyard where the building is located. We also got a ride to the airport from Ivan as well. The taxi drops you off about a 5 minute walk away as they areprohibited from going in the area of RZ17. Ivan and irena , as residents, can drive there.

All in all, we had a fine stay at this perfectly located property. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was good. The bathroom size was adequate, but the only toiletries provided was a liquid hand soap. The room was quiet even with the windows facing the busy restaurant street. However, the floors creaked pretty badly (due to a big earthquake a few years ago as we were told), so it was difficult to rest and sleep if one person got up and walked around. Also, there was a construction going on in the front yard area, so it was kind of dusty and messy. Hopefully it’s all done by now.
