Dar Jnane - la Maison du Jardin

We loved this hotel, located inside the palmeral. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious (you can BYOB if you’d like). The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy meals and the grounds are very attractive. The room was very comfortable - the triple room allowed for separate sleeping areas giving a bit more privacy. The bathroom was attached and very good. Air conditioning worked great. We loved that it was right in the old village and you could walk around it. Wifi was great. Locals were very friendly. Would happily stay here again!

Is like stepping into paradise, a beautiful authentic home. From moment we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and of course tea. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, so colourful with a nice warm ambience. Areas around the home in the garden set up for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature. Harmony of birds as enjoyed morning coffee almost had me wanting to never leave. The owners were very attentive. We had a dish called Seffa Medfouna for dinner, saffron chicken buried within broken vermicelli sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar…unique flavours and delicious. There was also soup to start and dessert to finish, all was fantastic but the main dish was definitely the hero. Rooms clean and very comfortable, good quality beds. Shower hot and good pressure. Definitely the choice of stay in Agdz, was a home away from home.

A pleasant place to stay, which is positioned within the oasis at Agdz. We stayed in the bungalow which situated is 20 metres from the main building. We were given welcoming mint tea and nuts on the covered veranda. A well run hotel and I would recommend it to anyone passing through Agdz. Nonetheless, I disliked the following: 1) Not all staff members could speak English. 2) The breakfast was small and basic; I would have preferred to see more food. 3) Car park is too tight; inexperienced drivers would struggle to manoeuvre their car within the small car park. 4) Mattresses on beds are not comfortable, because they use a single-coil mattress, as opposed to pocket-spring mattress. 5) Tagine portions for dinner were small. I did not like that dinner was served at only specified time; guests (we) were not given flexibility to choose the time of dinner. I wanted my dinner at 20:00 — this was refused, and a dinner was agreed at 19:30. However, later on, when I was eating, a two people arrived at 20:30 and they could still eat dinner. In this case, why was I not allowed to eat at 20:30 too? Their dinner policy is inconsistent. I would prefer all customers to be given a wide choice of time during which they can have a dinner.

Tipica struttura berbera, condotta da una famiglia molto pulita ed ospitale, Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Gli ambienti comuni curati, senza un filo di polvere (alle porte del deserto!) Abbiamo mangiato anche la cena e la colazione, entrambe molto buone Un’ottima tappa di relax, prima di affrontare il deserto

Très beau cadre. Accueil sympathique par le propriétaire. Riad entouré de palmiers. Parking privé. Très bon repas, ainsi que le petit déjeuner, mention spéciale pour le jus de carottes citron. Emplacement idéal pour une halte. Aurore et Jean-Francois .

Maison d’hôtes très agréable et paisible. L’accueil est extrêmement gentil et prévenant. La cuisine est délicieuse et originale. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le jardin est très agréable pour lire et se reposer. Je recommande vivement.
