I visited the hotel with my family in August 2022. Even though I had prepaid 20%, the owner called me twice to confirm. The last call was the day before my arrival, at 22.00! He told me that they accidentally overbooked the hotel and wanted to know if I was planning to go! We arrived at around 16.00 and were given a room that had nothing to do with the one that we saw on internet. On top of all these, when my kids tried to open the curtains, the curtain rod fell onto their heads. There were wires hanging around on the balcony, kitchen cupboards without hooks, the toilet sink was blocked, the toilet flush was falling apart, the toilet seat was misplaced so that you could not sit, there was humidity on the walls and, last but not least, blood stains on the curtains. I also had a concern about the cleanliness of the pool, and I was right: my daughter got an eye infection! When I went to pay, one of the owners proposed me to pay cash so that they avoid the taxes. Apart from this unprecedented lack of professionalism, my main motif for this critic is rather a moral issue. And this is because even though we expressed our frustration and they kept on telling us that they were going to fix everything, they did absolutely NOTHING. We would have left the hotel if we would have been able to find another place, but this was impossible given the time of year and the size of my family. I am therefore writing this review to prevent others from having their vacations spoiled.
