Although the facility is a bit old, the staff are very nice and it's actually very clean and decent.

I love this hotel very much .The Location is very good it easy to Cary your luggage from station to this hotel.Aroud hotel have many restaurants.....from the Google map you will confuse about the distance. Please use West Exit it near hotel. The view in hotel suitabe to relax.

Good location, near Echigo Yuzawa station. No hotel shuttle bus to the ski resort (GALA), which is a little bit disappointing, as we tried another hotel that offers a free pick-up/drop-off service. Food was normal, it didn't really suit my taste preferences though. I enjoyed that pork miso soup the most. The women's outdoor onsen was meh; it wasn't even warm and had dirt in it. Everyone there, including me, only spent a minute and came back lol Indoor one was fine. There was only one intern at the reception, and while he was helpful and nice (thank you), he wasn't very familiar with the hotel information and procedures. Perhaps it would be a good idea to assign a senior staff member to work alongside him and provide OTJ training, rather than relying solely on intern.

Not easy to communicate with frontline staff. The hotel feels worn out and no one bothers about basic hygiene. The only good thing is the location and the proximity to everything.

The wifi was really bad for the first 2 days and the water pressure in the toilet was very inconsistent. Hotel was clean and location is superb.

Reasonable price but good quality. Have outdoor and indoor bath. Nice staff, A little bit hard to conversation in English but can communicate.

The location is very near with Echigo Yuzawa station. Place is really really awesome with the traditional Japanese vibe. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Having great experience with open air onsen too. The view from our room window is great too. Recommended!

距離車站走路5分鐘非常方便附近也有雪具店，店家提供購買滑雪場的票會便宜一點不過沒有雪具跟教練，飯店整體來說感覺有點年紀但是風格我覺得不錯，早上的早餐也蠻好吃的，冬季來整體很有感覺，溫泉就普普通通
