Yuzawa New Otani

Very nice and big room. Hotel is close to JR STATION, so many local restaurant around. Value for money

租用雪具的人不夠專業，令到我租的滑雪boots很鬆，浪費了第一天滑雪，不建議有心滑雪的人在這裏租用具。 另外，有溫泉是很好，但可惜溫泉的水不夠熱，令到滑雪後肌肉復原的效果比其他溫泉欠佳，這只是我個人滑雪經驗。 酒店附近有一個很近的巴士站可以去某幾個雪場，但可能當天大雪，等了半個小時多才有車出現。 但非常近越後湯澤車站，食嘢非常很方便！

有車接送車站，離JR站也很近，浴場有點小，但洗浴用品很齊全。服務態度也好，下次去越後湯澤的話會再想入住。

Stayed 3 nights with half-board meal plan, it's a smart choice for our ski trip. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from train station, or you can take their shuttle. The room was spacious and very clean, though a little dated. Breakfast and dinner were awesome, delicious meals. The public bath was well maintained and amenities provided. The outdoor bath was great. Saw many happy kids around in the hotel. Looked like the little ones enjoyed their stay too. For skiers and riders: Snow reports posted in lobby daily. Free lockers assigned to your room in the basement. Ski/snowboard rental shop is right next door to the hotel, bill directly to your room. Discounted lift tickets available in the lobby machine, takes cash or IC card (no luck with foreign credit card). Shuttle to Yuzawa Kogen and Gala every morning. Shuttle back to hotel runs every hour.

東京・紀尾井町にある「ホテルニューオータニ」の系列「湯沢ニューオータニ」に宿泊しました。 1泊14,000円でニューオータニに宿泊です！ と言いたい所ですが懐かしい感じの和室でした。 ホテル内の露天風呂は気持ち良かったです。 徒歩圏内に飲食店やカラオケ屋さんがたくさんありました。これまた懐かしい感じの街並みでした。 越後湯沢の名物お菓子「笹雪」を室内で頂きました。羽二重餅のようなお菓子で美味しかったです。 こちらのホテルの近くに湯沢高原ロープウェイがありました。166人乗りの巨大なゴンドラに乗って、山の上から感動的な山々や街並みを見下ろしました。 こちらのロープウェイは現地で購入すると往復2,800円ですが、湯沢ニューオータニの券売機なら2,400円で買えます！ 短い滞在でしたがリラックスできました。 お世話になりました。
