A 5 star rated and cost hotel with nice amenities and outdoor environment. Room is very spacious and faces the garden.  Hotel food pricing expensive and not worth the cost as there is a much better option at the Desert in the Garden hotel under same group.  Also staff service could do with more friendly smiles and welcoming attitudes.  Not sure if they are part timers or working holidays staff since some show their inexperience in service.  Other areas for improvement are insufficient signage of directions in such huge resort hotel, no room number on the desk phone in room, stains found on walls in bathroom and in toilet bowl (due to minerals in flushing water from the area per management explanation).

Contrary to some reviews which said that only The Desert Rose hotel had views of Uluru, my room here had a balcony, from the balcony we could see Uluru. It was lovely.

Great place to stay close to the town centre. They have buses that will pick you up and drop back to the airport.

It’s a lovely hotel but it’s not what you’d expect from a hotel at this price point anywhere else. The resort is monopolised so not much choice. The only dinner option is an extortionate dinner buffet for $102pp and breakfast is $50pp No diffuser for the hair dryer and the ironing table was broken and wouldn’t stay upright. But bed was big and super comfortable and otherwise the room was large and spacious. Bathroom was clean and water pressure etc… good.

Excellent facilities, super friendly staff, great pool. We had a great time!

機場班車送到酒店門口，早班機行李放在前台，下午日落游回來行李已經在房間了。沙漠度假村酒店沒得可選，這家算是最好的，房間夠大，兩張1.5米的床，衞生間也很乾凈，一層房間有户外椅子下午喝茶曬太陽還不錯，每天房間清理換毛巾，不太挑剔的話，算是很不錯了，bar的三明治還挺好吃。離townsquare步行三分鐘吧，十分鐘爬到lookout可以看烏魯魯的日出日落。各種活動都可以預訂酒店門口接送，很方便。

客房服務真的很棒！整個房間及廁所的規劃都感覺的出來有精心設計過。 我從未想過可以在內陸地區住的如此舒服 此趟旅程真的很值得👍🏻

有點年代的酒店、不過非常不錯、住的人也很多、去別的地方有免費巴士、可以環線走一下、走路到超市也就10分鐘！超市規模也還可以、基本可以滿足日常生活需要！酒店的餐廳性價比也還可以！下午還有下午茶！不過不滿意的是我入住、退房的時候都是自己拿行李箱、但是我看到服務員為團隊各個房間提行李！是有差別對待！論年紀的話我也超過50了！其他都很不錯！住了三晚！

房間廁所馬桶有異味，其他都還不錯
