This hotel is truly exceptional. The food was phenomenal, with a diverse menu that featured exquisite dishes made from the finest ingredients. The private hot spring in the room was a dream come true. It provided a serene and indulgent experience that was the highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service that made my stay unforgettable.

Fall in love with this place, will definitely come again in the future. The hotel is very clean and tidy, convenient location. All the staff are very friendly and professional, only thing is that they are not very good at English, so it will be better if you can speak Japanese or prepare AI translations all the time. Overall it is a fabulous place of great experience.

Great service. You can call the onsen ryokan when you arrive Yufuin station, and they can arrange shuttle/car drive the ryokan. The service of the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was big, and they provide good and ergonomic pillows. The dinner and breakfast were great too! Freshly made with seasonal food. One of the best place I’ve ever stayed in!

Great hospitality experience from booking until our way back from Yufuin train station. The staff service was 5-star. The hotel is located in the main touristic area but as soon as you step behind the curtain, it is calm and lovely. The room was sparkling clean, with great amenities and comfort. The public/private baths were also great, very clean and no reservation needed. Special mention to the restaurant recommendation, a great dinner spot recommended nearby the hotel. Strongly recommend to anyone willing to stay in Yufuin.

日式溫泉旅館的設計很優雅，由於房間數目少，住客人數相應較少， 環境很清幽， 設施損耗較少 ，房間也很整潔， 酒店有四個風呂， 當中兩個是家庭風呂， 由於住客少， 所以隨時都可以享用。 可惜入住期間廚房休息，不能提供膳食， 酒店附近的餐廳也因為公眾假期沒有營業，需要走到火車站附近吃晚飯， 極為不方便。

雖然有年份了 但是設施維護的還是很不錯的 菜品很棒 二食的份量絕對吃得飽 我們同行的男士也吃的很飽 服務很好 從前台到餐廳到衞生 所有的員工都很有禮貌 讓人很舒適

環境很美 地方乾淨 設施高質 唯一可改進是夜晚reception冇人值班 女生溫泉又不需密碼 感覺人人都可以自出自入 所以安全可加緊

地點很好，就在Snoopy茶屋對面。早上去泡温泉很舒服。房間很可愛，免費迷你吧，歡迎茶點。可惜沒有二食。

地理位置挺好，離金鱗湖走路5分鐘，旁邊就是主街之一，但酒店和房間非常安靜，二層小樓挺好，純露天私湯温泉更棒，可惜沒訂到吃的，感覺應該不錯 另外，由布院真熱鬧

和母親一起出遊，酒店就在由布院的景點中心，旁邊是金麟池，很賞心悦目很方便。 設施：很乾凈很新，有温泉，有一泊二食和私湯 衞生：一塵不染，被子杯子都很乾凈 環境：滿意 服務：不會説英語但是特別的誠意滿滿
