I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was quite good, with a decent variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The highlight of my stay was the private hot spring in the room. It was a unique experience to relax in the hot spring after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

We booked the family room, which can fit 6 people to stay. The room was cozy and clear, and we had our own hot bath that's so lovely. The facilities in the public hot bath area are well maintained, clear and open. The breakfast and dinner are dull of supirse. They offering seasonal cuisine menu are definitely mind blow. The staff are cheerful and helpful. They organizeed all my request and make my family trip unforgettable.

The stay was perfect - from the moment of arrival. Staff greeted us at the parking & took our luggage. The room was very clean. All the staff were very friendly & professional. We stayed on a less busy night. The ryokan gave us a sense of tranquility, which is a good place to recharge, especially with the in-room onsen. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel is quite high on the hill, best to drive it take taxi.

Good food and service

Onsen was good but food quality & service was not up to standard.

Excellent service from a very nice staff team. All the meals are delicately made. The portion and taste are great. The room is neat and tidy. Private hot spring and shared hot spring are good. The location of the hotel is good, close to the Main Street and walking distance to Kirin Lake.

房間還算可以，陽台設計了個寂寞，也無法跟院子相連，在日本住過的温泉酒店裡全是性價比極低的，四千的價格，也衹有房間裏面和一個小的可憐的公共温泉。 服務員感覺一臉假笑，印度英語口音好難懂，本日本其他地方的服務相比，完全沒有真誠和熱情。下午三點入住，提前到了把行李放過去，感覺老大不願意接待我們。離開時原本就十點退房，結果因為説十點見不到出租車，讓我們九點半就必須離開了。我説可否把行李放酒店我們先出去逛，也被拒絕了。 再説兩餐真的很簡陋，都是用最便宜的食材，牛肉就衹有三塊，真的很表面，也是住過這麼多日本酒店中相對教差的。 整體對於服務和餐飲衹能打及格分。

설날에 가족여행으로 료칸을 찾다가 오야도 이치젠으로 예약했습니다. 룸 컨디션이 너무 좋았고 온천도 너무너무 좋았어요. 저녁으로 먹은 가이세키는 최고였습니다!

직원분들이 친절하시고 석식과 조식 음식이 정갈하고 맛도 좋았습니다 조용하고 휴식을 하기에 좋은 료칸인 것 같습니다

環境不錯，房間很大。就是位置偏遠。還好自駕遊也無所謂。一泊二食很精緻，但份量不多，住一晚體驗一下可以

1、旅館需要打車前往，離店時候可以請旅館幫忙預訂出租車，一定要提前預訂。10點是當地的用車高峯，出租車數量其實是很有限的。 2、旅館的餐食偏日式，量也比較多，但餐廳主理人對於你尊重他們的調料有一些執念。 3、温泉水質非常好。

設施：新裝修，一切很舒適； 衞生：非常好； 環境：景色好，房間內温泉即可觀雪山，安靜優美； 服務：退房後酒店可以把行李運至由布院車站information center 缺點：距離地鐵站或汽車站較遠，最好乘出租車前往酒店，有一段600米的上坡路，拉着行李上去有點挑戰。

긴린코호수랑 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 위치도 좋았습니다. 카이세키도 깔끔하고 정갈했습니다. 금액이 저렴한 편은 아니나, 아깝다고 느껴지진 않습니다!
