I'm a real person who actually stayed in this hotel. Location is good if you're a foreigner - next to a Starbucks and 7/11. The hotel is clean and well run. However the breakfast is terrible - barely any food and it's not good. Even the locals who were staying with me thought it was bad. So skip the breakfast and instead get a coffee and sandwich in Starbucks.

Good value for money, good location, goood breakfast with late checkout aervice.

This is quite a decent hotel in town, however, its not really a pedestrain street. We are happy with the hotel and the food in the restaurant is good. The best thing we like about this hotel is they have the bathroom slippers all sanitised and wrapped up. We also like the set up in our room represents great value and the mini bar is free.

Everything was good. The style is slightly outdated, but everything was super clean. They were changing the towels every day, and the staff was very polite.

酒店位置優越，周邊美食購物都在步行距離，車停在天虹廣場地面，在前台領券可免費。房間很乾凈整潔，有小食和飲料🥤前台服務非常熱情周到，早餐品種豐富，特別感謝易佳和蘭威。我們是一家三口訂的房間只有兩份早餐，入住的時候給加送了一份早餐，退房的時候又送了伴手禮，東西價值不高但是體驗感很強，下次到岳陽還住這。

這次帶家人來岳陽旅行住在格蘭雲天，非常正確的選擇。房間乾淨整潔，服務有求必應（小吳很給力），各類設施齊全，早餐品種多味道好。尤其是位置非常好，下樓就是步行街和燒烤美食一條街，步步高購物廣場距離100米，茶顏悦色和各類美食一應俱全。附近陳大鍋的鐵鍋魚也非常棒，是必吃的岳陽美食店之一。非常好的住宿體驗！

設施：因城市量級不大設施不高端，但該有的都有，在本市酒店排名應該是屬於靠前的。 衞生：比較乾淨。 環境：位置可以。有通往岳陽樓和熊貓苑的公交。有步步高超市（排布有點像胖東來 超市裡結賬的對面是小吃人均30左右）附近有燒烤涮肉等常規飯店。 服務：比較ok。 岳陽樓/洞庭湖/汴河街/巴陵廣場，這四個是在一起的。景區附近有古裝店，衣服化粧盤頭80來塊錢，穿上很應景。 另外，自駕一定要注意交通安全。

地理位置絕佳，就在市中心，應該也是岳陽最高的酒店吧！在高樓層直接看日升日落，周邊有些景點直接步行，旁邊好吃的也不少。 而且衞生服務都不錯，尤其前台小吳童鞋，非常感謝你的有心服務。 然後酒店早餐的那碗粉，必須要吃，比外面大眾點評一些上榜的粉還好吃。

酒店位置很好，周圍非常繁華，步步高商場很大，吃飯購物非常方便。酒店房間面積適中，床品舒服。早餐比較豐盛，味道不錯。有專門的停車場，免費停車。前台服務熱情，有贈送水果。

格蘭雲天大酒店位於岳陽市中心，就在步行街附近，生活出行很便利，過年期間酒店周圍很熱鬧，從酒店去岳陽樓也不遠。年初二退房時美女燕妮服務熱情周到，感謝感謝！

酒店比較舊，入住後發現被褥帶有血漬，又重新換了一床被子。電視遙控器不能調節音量，需要服務員拿總遙控器調節音量，關電視後還需要再找服務員調音量

岳陽格蘭雲天大酒店位於岳陽市中心，附近商業繁華地段，商店飯店等雲集，非常方便。距離岳陽樓景區僅僅2公里㎞，走路🚶也衹需要半個小時左右，很輕鬆。酒店接待人員敬職敬則，很專業，尤其是前台美女小夏，噓寒問暖不厭其煩的服務，值得稱讚！早餐不錯，餐廳佈置也不錯。
