Valle Del Sol Yucay

–Excellent Care, Quality, and Warmth! Although my stay in Yucay didn’t start off easily due to altitude sickness, the hotel staff – and especially hotel manager Grimaldo – made sure I felt safe, seen, and exceptionally well cared for. The room was truly perfect: clean, stylish, and complete with a wonderful jacuzzi. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. In terms of comfort and service, this hotel far exceeds its official three-star rating. Honestly? To me, it deserves at least four stars – I even gave it five in my personal review. The staff are outstanding: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the kitchen to the front desk, everyone gave their absolute best. And Grimaldo… he anticipates your needs, acts swiftly, and is always there for you. I’ve rarely encountered such dedication. The food? Superb. Full of flavor, thoughtfully prepared, and a delight for the senses – even on the days when I barely had an appetite. In short: even though I wasn’t physically at my best, the experience at this hotel was one of genuine hospitality, quality, and heartfelt care. To anyone visiting Yucay: don’t hesitate – this is a place where you’ll feel truly welcomed and looked after.

Everything was fantastic! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, complete with a private mini spa that made it feel luxurious. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Grimaldo, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It got a bit cold at night, and during the town festivities, the street could be noisy at times—but these were minor and didn’t take away from how wonderful the stay was.

I can’t express how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked the room at a bargain rate for a property of this standard, but then also got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and a transfer from Cusco. To say that we loved staying at Valle Del Sol is a gross understatement. We felt like the dearest guests, with the team attending to all our needs. The manager, Grimaldo, went above and beyond. Not only he picked us from Cusco airport personally, he also arranged us taxis, tours, special meals and helped me get medications as one of us was ill on arrival. The hotel is new, modern and beautiful. Everything is as described, and in perfect condition. Would love to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in the Sacred Valley, and it was the best decision! The hotel was beautiful, our room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful stay—100% recommend!

El hotel es muy bonito..linda infraestructura ..todo impecable, limpio y cómodo. Tiene un restaurante con buena carta...yo soy vegetariana lo cual me ofrecieron platos que no estaban en ella....son muy flexibles y eso me encantó. El lugar es muy tranquilo...si quieres descansar es el lugar correcto. Destaco a cabalidad la excelente atención y cercanía del personal...son muy preocupados....fuimos al tour hacia Machu Pichu y nos arreglaron una bolsa con pancito...juguito...etc....un gran detalle que me encantó.....en resumen lo recomiendo 100%!!!

Simplemente unico ,las habitaciones cuentan con una decoracion tematizada perfecta . La comida fue de otro planeta les recomiendo la pizza , el ceviche y el club sandwich . Quedamos muy contentos con Grimaldo estuvo muy atento a nosotros en todo momento si retorno al valle sagrado seria al primer lugar que vendria
