Scarecrow Garden Inn is located in the core scenic spot of Yuanyang Hani Terrace to watch the sunrise, with diversified life customs of thousands of Hani traditional residents, is a rice field homestay with its own national characteristics. From the balcony of the inn you can view the beautiful terraces. From time to time, there is a particularly spectacular sea of clouds. It is close to the terrace almost zero distance. Out of the inn door you can play directly on the edge of the terraces. Can be based on your itinerary to plan the tour guide. Note: As the B&B is located on the edge of the terraces, it takes about five minutes to walk from the parking lot to the B&B on the flagstone road, along which you can enjoy the scenery of Hani Village. I asked to change room and my request was granted straight away, my room was so beautiful and the view onto the rice fields was just magic.The breakfast was nice.

Room was really cute, walking distance to the sunrise viewpoint. They have a nice view on the rice fields. Owner was helpful and helped us arrange our transport to Vietnam, we could not have done it by ourselves so this was highly appreciated. They also serve good good at the restaurant nearby !

The guesthouse is run by a lovely local couple who helped us in every way possible during our stay, they were so kind and willing to give us a hand with anything we could need! The guesthouse location is amazing, right on top of the terraces, the rooftop offers a spectacular view of the fields (attached photos were taken from the facility). The room was cozy and nice as well (bathroom piping may need some checking though). Everything was very clean! We also enjoyed their breakfasts and dinners, everything they cooked was delicious and made with love. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to meet these amazing people and fully dive into the local culture.

A great Homestay in great location. As a solo backpacker, I get to walk around the area with ease from Duoyishu to Azheke ancient village as well as Bada scenic spot. In fact just around the corner of this Homestay, I can go off road and step onto the rice terraces right there, free to roam around the rice fields as much as I like. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and amazing!

This cute no-thrill place is run by a lovely young Chinese couple; they are very charming and super helpful (offered free sunset sightseeing trip, organised very good value trip to Kunming airport).
The room I stayed in was nice, overlooking the rice fields and with a huge bathroom. For the cool nights, there is a cozy electric blanket.
The rooftop offers great views on the Duoyishu Terraces, and there is even a small restaurant where the owners will cook some delicious food for you.
The hotel is located at the bottom of the very typical Pugao village where you will experience the real villagers life and come across water Buffalos.
NB : The Duoyishu Terraces Scenic Spot (多依树梯田景区) is only 10/12 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great choice for a stay in Yuanyang. The place is nice, clean, and well equipped, with beautiful views from both the room and the rooftop terrace. The host is more than helpful and nice, and dinner is fresh and delicious. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The hosts, a young couple with cute children, gave us a very warm welcome at this brand-new hotel, which boasts a stunning view over the rice fields. The hosts are exceptionally kind, highly communicative in English, and very attentive to the well-being of their guests. They accompanied us throughout our entire stay, taking us on walks to different viewpoints in the rice fields and preparing delicious meals for us. This was a truly wonderful experience that allowed us to live like locals during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
