The room was dingy, and the curtains had mold on it. The hotel is not well maintained.

This place is filthy and the AC didn't not work in the room. Bathroom floor and tub was nasty I have photos of proof. I had to ask for cleaning supplies for cleaning the tub and ask for wash clothes. I checked in around 6 pm and left at 12:30 am was hot and miserable in the room.

It took multiple phone calls over a few days to set up my 2 room, 2 night reservation due to lack of management around and in the process of a new reservation system (same name used, dates, and connecting rooms). I ended up canceling weeks in advance but they apparently only canceled 1 room and charged me for the other for "no call no show". After over an hour disputing it, they agreed to investigate the call recording where I canceled but still determined it was my error, not theirs. Now I have to eat the cost of a room we never used for 2 days.

Awful place. Manager is not a good man. Does not know how to talk to his guest. Rude. Yes he is painting the rooms but still has a lot of mold they are just covering up. I saw him throw another guests food on the floor for no reason. I found a used needle in my room in the pull out couch. Someone could be stuck by that. Not good at all.

Service was friendly. Room was clean, It was quiet, Manager was friendly and let me check in a bit early. what else could you want when needing a quick stay. No frills, good tv, shower worked well and only complaint was there was no individual body wash and shampoo but that awful dispenser. Everyone is using them and I can’t stand them.

To start with ordered and confirmed a room through trip advisor paid in full!!!!. Once got to motel was informed that room was not available and that trip advisor was informed but yet still booked and took my money i was apologized to and told I would get my money back in about 14 days *** is that.

Decent place. A bit quiet but close enough to where I was going for a meeting. Looked like they changed ownership and we’re doing some changes/cleaning. New owner was helpful and got me some new linens that they just got, which I really appreciated!

The hallways reek of mold, mildew and other smells related to moisture damage. The bathroom is dirty and the shower curtain is falling out of the wall due to moisture. We were woke up by someone pulling the fire alarm the morning we were going to sleep in. At check in the person at the front desk failed to return my driver's license, at the time I thought he had. I drove 4 1/2 hours home and realized it was missing. I called to verify it was there, after verifying with the front desk I gave my number (as requested) so the owner could contact me to return it. I didn't receive a phone call so I called at 10pm. The owner pretended it wasn't there, I told him I already knew it was there. He argued with me, I just asked him to return it to the address on the license. He told me I had to come and get it (verifying it's there now). He doesn't want to simply put it in an envelope, address it back home and put a stamp on it. I'm furious, he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish reasoning on how to do this, then hung up on me. Now I feel he just threw away my license so he won't have to deal with me. Avoid this location due to possible black mold, allergies, cleanliness, poor business practices and very poor customer service (starting with the owner).

The curtain was covered in mold, bedspread had huge stains, the room reeked of cigarette, it looks like they have not swept or vacuumed in weeks, carpenter razors were laying throughout the hallway. We got a refund, Driving to get home at 4:30 am was safer than staying there.
