Lovely view from our room, especially in the evening. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable for the routes to walk to the waterfall and shows available to watch. The location of the Inn is very convenient and breakfast is available for a small cost.

Amazing view from the balcony, the room is very big, they just install an elevator so its easy to bring luggage to your room. They provide local fruit in the room, free breakfast, free pickup from station. The owner is very helpfull. Location is really close to the entrance which make it easy to reach.

Our stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The room was uniquely designed, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of Furong ancient city. The hotel's location within the ancient city walls and the convenient pickup service made our trip planning seamless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and enchanting experience.

Service was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

Beautiful hotel and rooms, with very good views from the balcony. Good location. Good breakfast. The owners were very nice, and arranged to pick us and drop us off at the station.

Laundry to be done on next building in toilet, laundry still not dry even after hours due to ineffective dryer. Toilet also floods easily. Good communication and helpful owner to arrange transportation.

The room was clean and immaculate. They added a personal touch by escorting us to the room and leaving a bowl of fruits and some little snacks. Only gripe (and it was minor), was that the big bottle of body wash was virtually empty. We could have asked for a top-up but didn’t.  The view from the balcony, which we had to pay extra for, was simply gorgeous. We sat out there till late in the night.  The staff were courteous. The auntie ( not sure how one should address an elderly person in China) was fabulous, always smiling, always courteous. She easily got an A* for service from us. Overall, we are happy to recommend this place.

I could not recommend this hotel more. The service is great, they are just looking for ways to make your trip as pleasant as possible. Great views from the room and confortable beds. Free transfer from the train station to the hotel

Everything was perfect and the service was incredible. Xiang Yunsong provided support with all my problems and I am definitely recommending this place. Next time I go back to China I will visit Furong Town Baihe Inn again.
