The resort’s facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean, which we appreciated even more knowing it’s a new establishment. One of the highlights was the hot spring, a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. Our experience was further enhanced when the hotel graciously upgraded us to a suite with a breathtaking mountain view and a Jacuzzi. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. The convenience of having everything in one place cannot be overstated. The ski mountain located directly behind the hotel meant we could easily access the slopes, making the most of our skiing experience without any hassle. Overall, our stay at this ski resort was remarkable. The combination of excellent facilities, superb service, and the convenience of location makes this hotel a standout option for anyone looking to enjoy a skiing holiday. 我必須説這是北大湖酒店天花板！！ 有專屬雪櫃 到二樓大食代都不需要走到外面吹風 冬至那天管家小姐姐還給送了果盤 外鄉人熱淚盈眶了 早餐每天都很豐富 下個月帶長輩和小朋友再來一次 實名點贊管家檬檬小姐姐 從入住到退房都很熱心 ❤️❤️❤️！！

這次滑雪選擇了百萬石 真的出乎意料的完美 以前也在別的雪場也入住過很多酒店 百萬石的服務態度簡直滿分 首先有專屬管家隨時解決我們的問題 我朋友摔腫了手肘 我們的管家又是拿冰袋 又是雲南白葯噴霧 都是送到房間 外加我們是生日期間入住 我們的管家檬檬還給我們準備了蛋糕！真的很暖心 。其次就是早飯 品種很多 因為是日式的 所以沒有油條這種中式早餐 但是 有煎餃 牛肉餅還有我愛吃的排骨 ，好吃好吃 。吃飽了去滑雪，從酒店2樓通道到雪場衹要2分鐘！還有專屬雪具櫃，完美 都不需要把板帶回房間 簡直加分！ 最後就是入住和離開的時候大家都好熱情 幫忙叫車 提箱子 拿雪板 全程酒店的工作人員都是微笑待人 給人舒適的入住體驗 最關鍵的是我們這次的管家真的就像是我們的家人一樣 最後還要確認我們安全到機場了 把我們照顧的無微不至！期待明年再見了！

酒店很好～有着暖心的祝福和小禮物，二樓連廊直通雪具大廳，而且有雪具儲存櫃～位置優越 去哪都很方便～泡湯更是舒服，二樓直通極樂湯，設施完備，有汗蒸和五種湯泉的選擇～早餐很有特色，日式自助早餐，很美味～服務管家Wendy很熱情周到！開心順利的北大湖滑雪之旅！

服務超好，超出預期，環境優雅，隔音效果好，房間打掃的很乾凈，採光好，早餐豐富，餐廳衞生，地理位置方便，房間大，適合家庭出遊，酒店環境服務和餐食都具較高標準，遇到問題酒店能及時解決

酒店服務非常好，位置也很方便，不用出户外就可以直達雪具大廳，温泉就在酒店二樓，暖氣開的十分暖和，每天的雪鞋和雪服都能很好的晾乾，尤其感謝管家檬檬，到達前就聯繫我，提前等待幫拿行李，入住中有求必應，好評
