Great location Very close to supermarket and restaurant

This is the second time i checked in here and brought my mom and my child for my moms birthday. And i was really really disappointed the room is smaller than expected and than shown in the picture and the room is really stuffy and i was sneezing the first night couldn’t sleep well. I thought because i slept with my hair wet but when i woke up the next morning oh my gosh it was so dusty!!!!! And i asked if i could change room and they did transfer us to another room but it was still dusty! I was still sneezing. I don’t understand because the last time i checked in i didn’t have this problem and had a good experience. I was so disappointed and also there was this one staff that hung up on me maybe because i couldn’t understand what she was saying… there was also hair in fhe bathroom where we got transfered to. I wish they learn from this and become better. It’s a nice hotel but it was dirty and stuffy. Smells like cigarretes too it was concerning because i was with my child.

I was stayed at 26th floor. I didn't realize I could see the Mount Fuji from my room. I was very exciting. Besides, I was very satisfied in the bath tub. The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.

The service staff are polite and helpful. The room is neat and tidy. Thee location is convenient and close to train station.

Next to Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen station with convenience store located at hotel lobby. Convenient food supermarket in attached shopping gallery and with several additional convenient food options in the adjacent shopping complex.

The location and the view of the room is good, but the hotel is quite old fashioned.

Big hotel good hotel good starting point to explore

Hotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.
