Didn’t know that I have to pay extra for the On Zen from the booking information. A bit old hotel n a bit far away from airport.

Hotel was great, Comfortable bed. Good sized room. Breakfast won't win any awards but was serviceable. Ate one time at the Chinese restaurant, food portion for price was ridiculous. Was supposed to feed 3/4 people, I left feeling hungry. Staff were very apologetic.. Either drop your prices of increase your portion size. Sweet and sour pork (which wasn't great) with 6 pieces of pork for 2000yen.

Near shinkansen station, proper location to move to some where

The facilities are a little old, but the cost performance is good.

The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful lounge. The staff is friendly and speak some English. It was convenient to use the luggage storage during the day. The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel, but it was fine for one person. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for passing through.

位置很好，交通方便，酒店隔離有lawson，房間的大小適合一個住，而且亦有健身室同埋溫泉設施，前台亦都好有禮貌

駅近でよろし、コンビニ近くてよろし サウナが遅くまで利用出来たらなおよし

風格比較老式 很不錯的酒店 喜歡 還有温泉可以使用 離新橫濱站很近

房間非常老舊，早餐捨不得客人吃，很多主食，小菜，都特地分成一小個一小個碟子，給你一個大盤子，一次放不下那麼多東西。 晚上想借個小湯匙🥄，筷子🥢，什麼都沒有。明確跟你説我們酒店本來就不提供這種服務。説話完全帶着諷刺

横浜アリーナでのライブで宿泊しましたが、荷物を預けたく、チェックインの1時間前に行ったのですが、こころよく先にチェックインさせて頂きました。 駅チカでとても良かったです。

賓館位置不錯，出行便利，標準間算是相對寬敞的，入住比較舒適，雖然衹住了一天，但整體感覺不錯，家人比較滿意

横浜アリーナでのイベントに行く為に予約しました 大浴場が魅力で予約したのですが…イベントの時間との兼ね合いや、朝風呂が無いため結局大浴場は利用出来ませんでした(涙) 新横浜駅からは近くて良かったです

古い感じで、気になるところもありましたが、お部屋が使いやすくコスパのことを思えばとても良かったです。また、同じ宿泊費なら利用したいです。
