Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

Was a bit far from Yokohama station and a pain to find on road but next day, worked out underground mall route but a lot of different exits. Room was small with balcony inaccessible for fresh air. Luggage storage was available for free but laundry only had two machines so had to wait for other guests to finish ... then wait some more for them to actually come get it.

Great location and value for money worth the stay and if internet demand required for work not recommend unless using own data.

很老牌的酒店，下一層到前台衹能自己扛箱子下去。車站出來記得走地下通道，筆直通到底，左轉電梯上去左手邊就看到了。第一次找的時候傻呵呵從路面找，繞來繞去多走好多路，路面還不太多人行道。從橫濱開始酒店就衹提供一人毛巾了

숙소 위치가 최고입니다 요코하마역 바로 옆이라 동선이 좋습니다. 돈키호테 주변 상가까지도 한 10분내외로 도착가능합니다. 모두 엄청 친절하고 잘 도와주려 노력합니다. 룸은 전체적으로 깔끔했으나. 좀 낙후되어있습니다.

由橫濱車站行5分鐘即可到達，尚算方便！至於房間感覺到歲月痕跡，清潔度一般般，但最大問題是房間的wifi完全連不上

房間蠻大，比我上次住的大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，每天打掃衞生，離橫濱站不遠，交通便利，購物吃飯方便，多次入住了，價格優惠。

まず場所が駅近なのにこのお値段が素晴らしい。そして室内も清潔で、特に問題なく泊まる事が出来ました。朝食が美味しそうだったので次回は是非申し込んで泊まりたい。（ホテルで追加する事も出来ます。）

沿着橫濱站聯絡通道，出站口就是酒店，距離夜市距離較近，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，雖然設施已經比較老，但是維護的很好。

広い部屋で大家族がゆっくり出来て満足しました。シャワーの温度調節に苦労しました。レトロ感と立地は最高です。

設備こそ古いですが、横浜駅からjoinsを抜けてすぐ左の好立地で清潔さも問題なく比較的お安い価格で宿泊できました。
