friendly service and comfortable place, best service and strategic, just a few minutes walk to Malioboro..

This is my 1st time stay at El hotel recommend by my best friend,since she also stay there with family. The hotel is atill new ,location and design are nice and strategist,the most i like is serounding by food ,shop and walking distance to famoust Malioboro street. My memerorable moment are at the lounge cafe ,when i do surprised bday celebration for my father,the staff's are very fantastic and helpful with my last minute request they can deliver good and happy moment. The breakfast spread also good specially when you dining on weekend the restaurant have javanese music (Gamelan) so make the atmosfer more local jogyakarta. I will stay again on my future to visit Jogyakarta. Welldone El Hotel please keep the good work and work out something with ur AC on the room ya specially towards balcony,the room must all cold 😉😊. Thank you and see you again on my next visit.

There are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel. 1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel. 2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street. 3. Clean room with satellite TV programme. 4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts. 5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time. 7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast. 8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house. 9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport. El Hotel embraces generosity to create memories among their guests. Thank you

Booked 2 rooms. Good location. Superb staffs and servixes. Except that the room that i stayed in, have a bit of ants jere and there eventhou we didnt bring any food to dine in. Need a little bit more cleaning. Other than that, all good. Thank you.

Overall, El Hotel stay was pleasant. Service staff is very helpful and always welcoming with a smile, breakfast have variety, and they provide pack in case you are leaving early for sunrise trip or checking out.

V convenience and able to walk around to all nearby areas

I booked this hotel as it’s near malioboro street. The checkin was a breeze and they have deco my parents room for their anniversary. A complimentary cake was given to them.

Toilet smelly, but location is the best, just pass by malioboro street

Super good location right outside main Malioboro street. Rooms and toilets not the newest but beds were v comfortable. Pool looked great. Breakfast was the best! Super wide selection of local & international n most tasted good.

Nice hotel and strategic! Very nice to stay there . We have great breakfast , clean swimming poll
