Wonderful hotel with amazing city views. Bright and big rooms. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, room service wasn't made.

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

This is a great hotel, very new and room is spacious with fantastic views of the city! Recommend to all.

Staff showed me the long way to the science museum

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Very clean, good service, good breakfast, nice lounge for dinner.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the Ningxia Museum. Great breakfast selection. Very good amenities auch as swimming pool and gym.

Excellent hotel

帶長者出遊銀川，選擇了在排行榜上第一併且算是當地最新開業的國際五星級酒店。 前台工作人員安排了臨近房間方便照顧長者，並且幫忙按照要求安排距離電梯比較近的兩個房間，在聽説要非吸煙房間後，還讓送了空氣加濕器。 但是對於JW萬豪來説，房間裝修以及設施這些都略有瑕疵： 首先門口閲讀區域感覺沒有太大必要，單獨隔出來倒顯得房間比較擁擠； 其次衣櫃的摺疊推拉開門方式很不方便，而且放行李箱的位置在衣櫃裏面並且長度不夠； 2020年開業的酒店，洗手間角落已經堆積了水漬，辦公圓桌上看着也像是被煙頭燙壞的痕跡； 化粧鏡是桌面立式的，但我沒有找到鏡子照明燈，感覺還沒有牆式化粧鏡方便；吹風機款式也比較舊，風力不大；馬桶也不是智能馬桶。 比較滿意的是浴室夠大，並且毛巾夠多，不是標配數量，要更多；床品羽絨的很柔軟。 希望酒店以後再次升級改造時，能再參考一下其他城市的品牌連鎖酒店。

銀川萬豪是我住過最爛的萬豪酒店，住過國內外十幾家萬豪了，銀川這家萬豪的服務和業務熟練度真讓人瞠目結舌。。 1、入住時前台竟然説衹有白金卡能延遲退房到2點，不知道是故意的還是沒有培訓好，然後我給他看了萬豪官方界面後立馬改口説白金卡是下午四點，金卡是兩點。。不是，你這業務能力還不如一個顧客？？這是不是有點太離譜了。然後説已經辦理好延遲退房了，我就沒説什麼了。最離譜的在後麪。 2、等我12點03分進房間準備退房時房卡竟然刷不進去了，搞笑不搞笑，幸虧我還有手機房卡，能刷進去，到前台問工作人員，他們竟然説忘記給辦理了所以刷不進去。。有這麼離譜的服務態度和能力嗎？真的一生黑，全世家最垃圾萬豪就是銀川這家！還不如普通的快捷酒店！！

銀川萬豪的服務非常差勁，我很慶幸沒有接受萬豪的任何協商，所以可以很客觀地這下這個評價。入住當天是孩子的生日，於是我們提前給酒店前台打電話，確認是否可以佈置生日房。酒店回覆可以。入住當天，在前台確認入住前，還跟前台確認是否佈置，前台確認已經佈置好了，並告知在哪一間。接下來就是各種事故的開始。首先，我們拿着房卡刷電梯的梯控，兩張房卡沒有一張有反應。我們拖着四個行李箱和孩子又走出電梯間，回到前台，前台答覆沒有給我們把電梯訊息錄入進去。我們表示諒解，拿着電梯卡又把孩子和行李搬進去。好不容易到了40幾樓，結果房卡又出了問題，打不開房間的門，此時我們在40幾樓非常無助。還好有一張房卡能開房間門。但是，那間房沒有佈置。我們認為應該是在沒打開的那一間。等工作人員趕來打開另一間房的時候，驚呆了，啥也沒佈置。我們要求酒店給他們的服務一個答覆，結果還是沒人來理我們，我們聯繫了攜程和萬豪的服務電話，攜程很快給了回覆。萬豪的電話打了就石沉大海，過了很久，那個前台上來了，説給我們升房，我們看完以後表示拒絕，那間房還不如我們自己花錢訂的房型，不知道這是什麼歉意。最搞笑的是，我在去看房間的時候，客房部的兩個阿姨，拿着幾支玫瑰花歡歡喜喜地又跑錯了房間去佈置…選擇這家萬豪，你就等着叫天天不應，叫地地不靈吧。美國的酒店，真是不如我們國內的小民宿…前幾天住的星星酒店，鑽石酒店，黃河宿集，每一個都比它好。真是怪自己崇洋媚外…好好給我上了一課，真是垃圾
