Stayed 2 nights in this property over Typhoon Kong-Rey. Love the in-room hot spring, the one-time usage of minibar & the availability of water dispenser in every level. Location of hotel is also very strategic.
Thankful to the team for taking care of us during Typhoon Kong-Rey by offering umbrella, checking where we are going, advising us to be careful of the weather & also offering car rides to keep us safe.

Good to have tea and cocktail at the reception area between 4-7pm.
Nice spa inside the room, provided enough drinks and facial mask in the fridge.
Air-conditioner is a bit cold.
See a cockroach in the restaurant during breakfast time.

Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

Room Price is bit over rated. But location is perfect. Best part is that they have your own hotspring in room. But facilities are bit old

very good location, nice receptionist, this is my second time to take.
the special thing is they take note about my stay period is my birthday and give my a little birthday gift ..
this is a great offer....oh...also they free upgraded to family suite room for my party (3 rooms)
must go and book again ...
