The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. High quality rooms (there was a big screen tv ), and high quality service. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. I fell in love with the view from my room and ended up staying two more extra days . I highly recommend

Paid to upgrade to room with beautiful large windows overlooking the river and 3 Gorges visitor centre.
Young staff was very helpful in storing our bags in room instead of outside counter. Thank you.

The place is very clean and tidy. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The shopping centre is only within walking distance from the hotel, therefore very convenient.

市中心的酒店水性價比可以，在商住兩用樓房上，算是新裝修，但大廈舊、樓底矮、電梯悶（還有點臭），進入21樓已有點侷促，幸好堅決選有窗户的房間（無窗房真不敢想像！），感覺火災隱患還挺大的。
不知是否之前有住客吸煙，我們入住時所有窗户都打開了，雖然馬上關上，晚上還是在房內抓了三衹大蟲！
房間算是乾淨，就是水壺外都是水垢，廁紙好像挺稀罕的，我們連住2個晚上，首晚見勢色不對，已請前台大哥送來兩卷（超小那種），後再沒見補充，，也沒提供紙巾，用到最後退房時衹剩一格，好險！
房間不大，椅子衹有一張（其實可放兩張的），有點不便。
個人感覺東站的酒店好多了，又有免費車站接送服務、早餐、夜宵、迎客小吃飲料，價格也較便宜。我們初到宜昌跟了兩天三峽本地遊，以為萬達較方便才訂的，後發現東站都有免費接送，就是車程多15-20分鐘。有時間條件的選東站酒店應該會較舒心。

酒店就在萬達廣場樓上，三峽遊客中心對面，坐遊船位置超級方便，周邊餐廳多，裝修很新，乾乾淨淨，愛奇藝投屏。房間面積不算大，但佈置的簡潔，衞生間淋浴很大，非常喜歡，前台給升級了房型，能看到半個夜色江景，很美。

酒店設施新，乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，免費給升級了江景房，視野很好，江景很美。酒店馬路斜對面就是三峽遊客中心，早晨坐船或坐車參加兩壩一峽一曰遊非常方便。旁邊有萬達廣場美食街和沃爾瑪超市，吃飯購物非常便利。

第二次住了，依舊好評。
來三峽旅遊住這裏真的很方便，前一晚因為路線原因沒有住這裏，這次回到遊客中心媽媽讓我再訂這家，無論是前往景區還是搭公交去高鐵站都非常絲滑。
另外樓下隨意買來的草莓很好吃，不輸丹東99哈哈。

房間設施很新很乾凈，寄存行李也方便。我們太早到了房間還沒收拾出來，前台小哥看我們着急入住特地幫我們升級了房型，還幫忙行李放進房間，整體體驗非常好👍這裏還可以買到兩壩一峽的優惠票，可惜我們訂早了
