Having just returned from Louis pantheon for my sister and brother in law Sadie and Eugene’s wedding, 40 guests flew out for the wedding so we had to leave a review having never stayed at such an absolute gem of a hotel !!!!!! what makes this place stand out from the rest is the STAFF they work tirelessly to keep you happy nothing is too much and trained to another level of hospitality and kindness, the hotel is spotless, food is 5* you name it they’ve got it, restaurant is contemporary and swarve presented beautifully looking at the sea veiw, on checking in food is offered on arrival and drinks such and effortless way to greet guests, never had this kind of check in ever Louise pantheon nailed it from day one, the hotel managers on top form there literally everywhere around the hotel making sure all is in order and very well organised, our family wedding was spectacular again ran to a timescale I’ve never seen and we were very well looked after, wedding was gorgeous so pretty on the beach sea views and staff and Michael made this day so special we will never forget you won’t get that in the UK, this hotel stands out by far having kids entertained allday long the animation team Jamie was a true gentleman helping us set up our hen party night the lad needs a raise for his efforts and kindness lovely lad thanks Jamie, and special thanks to Micheal and I think his name is ruddie apologies if I got it wrong however these gentleman helped my dad who tripped on a step however again sat with us applying first aid then checked on us daily that personal touch is totally priceless thankyou so much for making our family stay the Best weve ever had having visited Cyprus over the years Louis pantheon is by far the best hotel in Cyprus rightly so those personal touches really do stand out thanks to you all for your hard work commitments to guests and families we’ve got memories we will cherish forever

I visited Cyprus with my family. We came from Poland in October. Staying at Louis Phaeton Beach Hotel was the best experience. Mostly thanks to the wonderful staff, whose shining star was Ahmed Amer. His presence, attentiveness, kindness and deep care were exceptional. He was always ready to help and go an extra mile for our comfort and made this stay even more delightful! The hotel was over all clean and pretty even if it wasn't the newest. The room was small but enough for three people. It was clean and bright, beds were very comfortable. There was variety of foods for every meal. Location was great, because it only took few steps from pool grounds to the seaside which made it very easy to switch from pool entertainment to quiet seaside and back whenever we felt like it. The atmosphere was great, the staff was really brilliant. They make this place feel like a second home, especially Mr Ahmed Amer. This man is really something more.

We have not long got back from a 10 nights stay at this amazing hotel. We went as a family of 4 - my Wife, 2 sons (8&12) and me. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the management team and some welcomed drinks after a long journey! The staff really make this hotel the amazing place that it is. They were all great in their own special way. Some individual recognition is well deserved to Ahmed for having a gift of remembering everyone’s name! He truly is an asset to the team - my son had an accident whilst there and Ahmed was genuinely upset for us and went out of his way to try and help and support us. Zoe, Michael and Rudy for being there for us and making our time there a memorable one! And finally the lifeguard team - they were great with my son when he had an accident, quick to respond and give first aid, and were a joy around the pool and slides. Lastly - the food - omg the food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. The restaurant was beautiful, the waiting staff worked so hard and made you feel like valued customers. The chefs were really good - omelettes, Chinese, and various themed nights all were very very good. You will never go hungry here with the choice!! Definitely recommend!

This is our third holiday at the Phaethon over a 10 year period and we have always had a wonderful time. This hotel has a winning formula and outstanding long-serving staff. This stay was the busiest we have seen it, with 36 degrees full sun all week and hosting 2 weddings. Yet we did not wait over a minute to be served a drink, get food or to ride on a slide. I was genuinely impressed by their ability to host so many guests with no drop in service. The hotel has a lovely spacious lobby with two bar areas adorned with marble statues of the sun god Helio’s son Phaethon. There is a handy gift/toy shop, a spa, indoor pool, gym, night club (kiddy disco), play ground, sports courts, a fun pool, relaxed pool, kids playground splash pool, 3 big slides and a giant pirate ship playground. You can also walk straight into the shallow clear sea. There is a drinks and snack bar central to the pools and plenty of activities and kids club. The food choices are excellent and the renovation to the main restaurant is a great improvement bringing all the food stations to the same area and adding a carvery and kids section but without loosing old favourites. I should also add that in three stays here I have never had a upset stomach unlike most other all inclusive holidays I’ve been on. The rooms are basic but with smart storage, simple whites and marble that will never look too outdated and everywhere is cleaned spotlessly daily, even the outdoor floors and paths. The Louis Phaethon Beach is a well oiled machine that I have never found an equal to, even at a much greater price. When you discover this gem you will keep coming back like us.

On arriving at this lovely hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted by a guest liaison and the amazing Ahmed, and offered dinner. My partner having a gluten allergy was shown how everything in the restaurant was clearly labelled meaning she was catered for without any worry. Our room was exactly how we requested, the most comfortable bed and beautiful view from our balcony. Having spent a week here, which we thoroughly enjoyed, we can say that the staff, (especially Ahmed, who would find us a quiet table on the veranda and bring an after dinner gluten free brownie.) are all very polite and friendly. Lovely pools and waterslides…only negative were the all inclusive wrist bands which we needed to wear, which were slightly uncomfortable, (a hard plastic not great on tender sun burnt skin)!! The evening entertainment was a little disappointing but it didn’t detract from our overall experience of the hotel. Plenty of lovely places to sit and enjoy a cocktail. Food in abundance, and something for everyone. Would definitely recommend.
