We enjoyed every moment of our stay in the Golden palace hotel. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast we had was awesome. Would be glad to come back.

房間看上去老舊，户型奇型怪狀，所處鬧市區，門窗不隔音非常吵鬧無法休息。最無法讓人容忍的就是服務，居然在有明顯請勿打擾標識的房間任意敲門，還能隨意入房間檢查，服務行業幹成了警察，目的卻是要錢，不明白這樣的破酒店怎麼會在攜程上被標註成為了“金鑽”

Невероятно дружелюбный персонал! Бесплатно и без наших просьб нам был сделан поздний выезд, что здорово облегчило нашу пересадку в Ереване — отдельное спасибо за это! Номера чистые и просторные. Еда в room service вкусная. Отель расположен прямо на одной из главных улиц Еревана — мы успели и выспаться, и погулять по центру во время нашего визита. Размещением довольны!

We felt we are really in a palace. Receptionist and front desk team were amazing and best was Lusine Tovmasyan. She managed and fulfilled all our needs for booking and stay professionally. All team are friendly and always smiling . Bed and linen the most comfortable

I am heading a large tour group in the Caucus’s this coming summer (maybe even two groups) and inspected this hotel for my group(s). I was shown around the property by Aghabek Barseghyan. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the hotel I initially thought he was the Sales Manager (he works the Front Desk). I am looking for a five-star hotel in a very centralized location for American’s. I want also a clean & modern hotel. Also important is a helpful staff. After reading Trip Advisor reviews for this hotel, this is a frequently mentioned compliment and Aghabek was a very good example of it. I have been to 132 countries, led many groups, inspected countless hotels, and can tell that the Golden Palace is truly a five-star property.

Charming boutique hotel in the midst of the mist westernized shopping section of Armenia’s capital. Good service. A nice selection of differently decorated rooms. Best oatmeal in the Caucasus. Small staff is universally helpful and seems to personally care for each guest.

Nice hotel in downtown Yerevan. Excellent location. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel Rooms were very good & clean Staff of hotel were fine. The only downside is impossiblity to stop a car in front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Yerevan!

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel Rooms was very good & clean Staff of hotel were fine specially receiption team that were great , everything we asked for they made in happen in 5 mins Hotel has the best location possible , middle of downtown & close enough to everything We didnt have any lunch or dinner at the hotel , breakfast was fine but more diversity needs to be seriously considered Main issue : Pillows were terrible

Nice hotel in downtown Yerevan. Excellent location. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and roomy. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately no help with luggage. Impossible to stop a car in front of the hotel.

The best part about this hotel is its location and friendly staff. Everything you would want to visit in Yerevan is all within a 15 min walk. The rooms are clean, well stocked with the basics. The staff is helpful in recommending and helping us book restaurant reservations. The breakfast staff was friendly with a nice view of the city. Only con was even after confirming my airport transfer twice, unfortunately no one showed up to pick us up at the airport. Besides this minor issue, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Yerevan!

Currently staying booked a suite with balcony. No balcony when asked why we don’t have a balcony got asked did we request it!! Don’t normally request something that we paid for! Have asked the manager to ring us no phone call and no manger here as it’s a Saturday! If your looking for a clean central location great but you better request everything that’s in the description! Also TV looks good but nothing works. Also they say the room is soundproof it’s not!

A truly beautiful 5 star boutique hotel located in the very centre of Yerevan. Me and my daughter stayed there twice, both times for a considerably long period of time and our experience has been beyond our expectation. Superb conditions, very friendly, approachable and welcoming staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, luxuriously decorated, gym, spa, massage rooms - everything of highest standard and everything you would really need. The restaurant, located on the 11th floor, was also beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, the restaurant staff welcoming. Truly Armenian hospitality! We stayed in separate suites with a door between the two as well as entrance doors. Mine was probably the bigger one with a king size bedroom, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge with a little kitchenette/dining area. Very spacious and luxuriously decorated, it does feel as if you are in a real palace. I highly recommend this special hotel in the heart of Yerevan city and would like to thank all for making us feel at home during our stay.
