I enjoyed the stay here. Club room view was so nice. I didn't had breakfast there. They are communicating everything about food, room services, etc, only negative was swimming pool is under service maintenance

hotel situated at hill top ..very peaceful…liked the room very spacious and food provided is good…we had a wonderful time with friends … view from bedroom balcony was stunning ..

Many issues exist in the room we stayed (Valley View Room). 1. Water leakage in the room roof. 2) black coloured fungus growth seen in the bathroom. 3) Road to reach the hotel was very bad. 4) Always there was machine running sound heard in the room, might be from centralised water heater. 5) parking facility was not enough. Only 4 cars can park inside the hotel campus that too difficult.

I recently stayed at Meridian Hilltop, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The views from the resort are breathtaking, especially with the misty mountains in the morning it feels like you're on top of the world. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This is the perfect escape if you're looking for peace, relaxation, and luxury in Yercaud. Highly recommend! 🌄✨

Please don't get fooled by the photos. I booked my stay and when i reached the hotel, i was disappointed with the room i was assigned. It was much much worse that what was displayed. When requested, they showed me another room of the same category on upper floor. I wanted to shift there, but they needed some time to make it ready. I kept waiting for more than an hour, but they didn't even start cleaning that room. I had to finally settle for what i was given initially as i couldn't wait anymore for that room to be ready. Now comes the other example of how poor the service was! i had ordered for a coffee in the evening through room service, but it never reached my room. But they had billed it while i was checking out the next day.
