We were around 15 people in 4 rooms. Very good coffee plantation resort. Nice staff and rooms. We had taken 4 of the Pepper and one Rose room. Very relaxing atmosphere made more fun with very courteous staff. Food was also decent. They made campfire etc at night.

We stayed as a group. Everything was very good. The staff are exceptional. They go out of the way to meet your needs. Food was also decent. Nice clean rooms amid a 40 acre coffee plantation.

A wonderful place to relax with the family. The warmth and hospitality extended by your staff is so overwhelming. Food was amazing. To add upto these, the store in the property attracted me so much

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The property was stunning and well-maintained. Its location, nestled amidst nature, was absolutely perfect. The service was top-notch, and the food was deliciously tasty. However, I was slightly disappointed with the swimming pool's size - it was more suitable for kids. I suggest they either mention this on their website or consider expanding the pool's size. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Best place we had ever stayed, very nice and quiet ambience. This stay made our trip more special,Especially dinning is too good, we had lots of chats, very friendly hosts all over the place. Complementary food is worth the stay, we thought the price was little above the par, but after we went there, it was worth each penny

Most picturesque place with peace and tranquility. The staff was not just polite but also warm and welcoming and the food was simply too good. Spacious and comfortable rooms and an extremely friendly staff. Sitting in the balcony at night and enjoying the sounds of the forest was amazing

We had a wonderful time at shambala. The location is easily accessible and at the same time away from all the noise of the bustling town. The restaurant has a decent variety of offerings that we need to p reorder from and its made on time. The breakfast spread was delicious. The short trek available on the plantation is nice. The staff are extremely courteous and loved their service. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean and in a heritage decor which is very lovely. We availed the spa service which was very good. Overall we enjoyed a relaxed stay at shambala. This is my second time there and would love to go back again.

This resort is a beautiful resort. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful. They even upgraded us to the next grade of room . The trekking near the streams is a wonderful experience. The swimming pool and small and is a heated pool. My son enjoyed throughtly. It s a beautiful place to stay . Must visit .
