One of the finest hospitality experiences I’ve had. The staff are exceptionally courteous, always helpful, and greet you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. The terrace offers one of the most stunning views of Yercaud, perfect for relaxing or capturing beautiful moments. They organize a variety of engaging activities, some complimentary and others paid, adding to the overall experience. The location is ideal, conveniently close to major attractions and the main town, making it easy to explore the area. They have a small glass bridge and decorated area for people who love to upload content on social media. The food is delicious, and the restaurant provides a decent variety on the menu, including a satisfying breakfast spread. However, the food prices are on the higher side, even before taxes, which stands out considering other nearby places offer equally good food at more reasonable rates. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and maintained impeccably clean by the diligent housekeeping staff, who ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the property itself is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful ambiance that enhances the overall experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore Yercaud, this place strikes the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

I stayed at Great Trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels with my parents during a spontaneous trip, and it was fantastic. The resort was stunning—beautifully designed and surrounded by breathtaking views. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome at every moment. Our room was spacious, cozy, and offered mesmerizing views of the hills. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had a great time with the indoor games, which added a fun touch to our evenings. Although there were plenty of outdoor activities available, we couldn’t try them this time—something to look forward to on our next visit. Overall, it was the perfect family getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yercaud.

One if the best resorts that I have visited till now. Located at the 20th Hairpin while coming from Salem, it's strategically located being the first resort you come across enroute Yarcaud. Not far from the city centre, constructed on the slopes of the hill, this resort is a must visit. Not only is it well situated, the overall ambiance and layout is extremely well coming. And to top it, absolutely well behaved and friendly staff, who genuinely care for you. Their buffet spread is just right, not to large nor too small. The unforgettable view from the terrace and the high tea served there every evening is indeed a treat. All in all a must stay place if you are visiting Yercaud

the location of the resort and the view from rooms are very scenic and amazing. all the staffs from reception to restaurent treated guests very friendly and caring. it was a great pleasure staying at Great trails Yercaud. the rooms were very clean and stunning interiors.

This was the best experience and excellent stay. The room, the hospitality and the staff are the top notch. They really care their customer and it shows in their behaviour. We had a wonderful time and would love to come next time. Overall top notch.

It is one of the best hotels to stay in yercaud. It was comfy stay with very kind and supportive staff. The food was awesome and all the amenities are available. The tourist places to visit are quite near and it is good place to stay for 2 day trip.
