The property allocation is good. It's nearby to major market and tourist attractions. Few of the rooms have great view. All rooms are spacious. We took a package where hitea, dinner and breakfast was included. In hitea they served tea/coffee with cookies. On our request they provided french fries as well and did not charge for it. Dinner had limited menu but food was tasty. In breakfast they had idli, paratha, medu vada and upma; everything was super tasty. The property has a spa and massage centre, play room for kids and un the evening they have bonfire with music. The property was wheelchair friendly, with only 2 small steps to the room. That too i think carrying wheelchair over those steps will be possible. For breakfast the restaurant was not wheelchair friendly, so the staff served breakfast in the room. Overall nice experience.

There was no welcome drink as mentioned in the terms of booking. There were no chairs inside the room. The food menu was very limited. There were frequent power cuts and usually would be covered by the generator but they did not switch it on in the late night and there was trouble going to the loo. Otherwise it is a beautiful property. The staff was courteous. Umbrellas were provided during the rain in our stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall, but WiFi connectivity was an issue. When we first checked in, there was no WiFi in the room, and we had to switch rooms to get a connection. It would be great if WiFi could be made available in all rooms to ensure a smoother experience for guests. Thanks for arranging another room for us, though—it helped improve our stay!

The property is good but the amenities are very bad. They don't have ac rooms and proper fans. Just one window fan which is not sufficient. No much food options for north indians and the charges are also high.

Excellent service and rooms are maintained very cleanly, friendly staff. Nice place to stay. The food is good but a little bit costly. Complementary breakfast is good.

The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Its excellent place-to stay brand new spacious room and in a very calm and quiet place. All employees are very helpful. But i dont like one thing - when hotels are full they will force you to go for buffet costing rs. 650 plus tax per person for dinner and lunch and breakfast rs. 250 per person. So if you have a family with 2 kids total fooding cost of 250+650+650 = 1550 per person. Total family fooding cost is rs. 4650 per day. And they are situated in a valley where nothing available till 1 km. Choice is yours.
