Welcome to Casa De Oro! One of the highest elevated homes in the Seven Canyons, Sedona. This welcoming southwest style home has unobstructed panoramic views from every room. Surrounded by spectacular red rock vistas and the Coconino National Forest, it offers close access to many well-known Sedona hiking and biking trails. This meticulously furnished home will fill your heart with energy and eyes with awe of Sedona beauty. Guests will enjoy the 3100+ square foot open floor plan with 4 bedrooms + loft and 2.5 bathrooms on two levels. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests +2 kids (daybed with trundle in the loft). MAIN LEVEL ========== Living Room: With a modern design and ambiance, and plenty of natural light, you'll enjoy this space featuring modern style furnishings including high end seating furniture, a cozy gas fireplace, 65” TV, and deck access to truly enjoy the surrounding views. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, such as a built- in Refrigerator, Microwave, Convection Oven, Electric Cooking range, Dishwasher, and Wine Cooler. The spacious kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and entertain. The center island has seating for four and is a perfect place for additional dining space or just a quick snack or cup of coffee. Dining Area: The Dining area has seating of six with red rock views from three sides. Additional seating of four is situated next to the custom made window near the living room area. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom(Main Level) — King bed with super comfy bedding, 65” TV, walk-in closet and a private entrance to the upper deck. Also a cozy seating arrangement in the Master Bedroom to enjoy quiet reading or just admire outside views. The bathroom features double sinks, and a large separate shower. [Sleeps 2] Bedroom 2(Main Level) — Two Queen Bed, lots of natural lights, and a closet to keep your belongings. This bedroom has access to half bathroom on the main floor and the shared bathroom on the lower level. [Sleeps 4] Half bath (Main Level): This is a shared half bathroom with single sink and toilet. LOWER LEVEL =========== Bedroom 3 (Downstairs) — King Bed, Amazing view with seating area and private entrance to lower deck. [Sleeps 2] Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) - Two Twin XL, 65” TV, Closet for your personal belongings, and private entrance to lower deck. [Sleeps 2] Shared Full Bath (Downstairs): You have access to the full shared bathroom with a single sink and a shower. LOFT ==== Loft - Trundle bed, Desk and Chair [Sleeps 2 kids/young adults] DECKS ======= Top and Lower Decks: Step out onto the top covered deck where you'll find a natural gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. You will find ample seating areas on both decks to enjoy outdoor meals, admire beautiful sunsets and some of the most breathtaking views Sedona has to offer. It's a hidden gem that's just minutes from the center of Sedona. Some the most iconic vistas such as Rachel's Knoll and famous hikes such as Devil's Bridge are just minutes away from the location. As a guest, you will enjoy access to Club amenities such as state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, whirlpool, and enjoy delicious food and wines at The Spot Restaurant & Bar. Parking: The property has two car garage and plenty of parking on the driveway. In addition, the Seven Canyon Clubhouse has plenty of parking available. Driving: We request all guests and visitors to comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles and pedestrians in the neighborhood. While coming in or going out of the Seven Canyon community, please note there are people on foot or in golf carts ( and sometimes wild life if you are lucky to spot them)on the road or crossing the roads. Drive extremely carefully and slowly and be vigilant. The best way to get around in Sedona us using a car. Ride sharing services are not readily available. Drive extremely carefully and slowly and be vigilant. Shoes /boots/footwear: Please remove shoes/boots and leave them at the door to not bring in any water or mud. Smoking: There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property. No exceptions. This property is located in the National Forest land. There will be stringent penalties for not following this rule. Pets: No Pets allowed. Parties/Events/Unregistered Guests: No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Eating Areas: No eating or drinking in bedrooms. We have provided plenty of dining areas in the house as well as on our patio. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for eating/drinking in the bedrooms. Towels: Please use towels provided by the club house while you are out for swimming and do not take house towels. Safety: Please watch out for kids as well as adults and keep a close eye on your family when you are on our beautiful balconies/decks. DO NOT rest, lean or hang on the railings. Please use the walking path to get in and out of the property. Please keep all doors closed at all times. Please keep an eye on kids/family while using any amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym) at the Seven Canyon Clubhouse. There are no lifeguards on duty. Winter Season Safety: During winter season. In cold temperatures, approach with caution and assume that all wet, dark areas on pavements are slippery and icy. Please take extra precautions walking around at the property including walking path, drive way, garage, decks and areas around the property. The pavement/walkway/driveway can become slippery. Pleas wear shoes with good traction. Take short steps or shuffle for stability while walking and keep your hands out of pockets. Please don't park on the slope . Make certain your tires are properly inflated and have plenty of tread. Never warm up a vehicle in an enclosed area, such as a garage. Do not use cruise control when driving on any slippery surface, such as on ice and snow. Only go out if necessary. Even if you can drive well in bad weather, it’s better to avoid taking unnecessary risks by venturing out.Drive slowly. Always adjust your speed down to account for lower traction when driving on snow or ice. Don’t try to get moving in a hurry and take time to slow down for a stoplight. Remember: It takes longer to slow down on icy roads. Don’t power up hills. Applying extra gas on snow-covered roads will just make your wheels spin. Try to get a little inertia going before you reach the hill and let that inertia carry you to the top. As you reach the crest of the hill, reduce your speed and proceed downhill slowly.
